I used to like this chain, hearing the GM and the District manager set in the lobby and talk mad trash about the staff where customers could here is disgusting. You want to have those conversations take them in private, I don't care enough but the red flags are many. God have mercy on anyone who works for this company I see why they have turn over.The words "sometimes you just have to put them in their place" was used and agreed to by both managers.

I was surprised at how good the breakfast sandwich was. The price was high but not bad considering how much everything else is. The service at this location was mixed. I did not enjoy the drive through service but the next day the service at the counter was good. This is not in the best neighborhood but the store was clean and staff friendly.

The old woman who runs the place in the morning when they open is terrible. rude and unable to make orders correctly or will char it. tastes like a dirty oven.

Looooved this place. ? bucks has nothing in comparison to DD.Well, update on my review. I am sad that I will not be going back to DD. Under new management & they raised prices & cost $.50 for just for adding the whipped topping now. Plus, they removed senior discounts. There are a lot of older people I know that like DD, but I will not be going back because of higher pricing.

Didn't tell anyone they were out of coffee for 10 min, only then started a pot, forgot our bagel, restaurant was dirty and no changing tables in the bathrooms and the simple coffee order had no sugars.

coffee was good as usual, but the dounts were stale and old,........new up date stopped in today the 13th of November and had an applefritter and my cup of joe and it was grate.

This place used to be so good! Always would get the order right & quality was always great. Since this year it has went downhill severelyThey don’t cook/heat up anything properly so you’re taking a huge risk anything other than a donut.I’ll be going to the Preston location from now on.

I walked in to order my coffee because drive- thru person wasn't understanding me. Walked in .. they're "yelling" about the person who was in front of me at drive through.. then proceeded to YELL at me... thinking I was them.. then was still rude to me after I explained I wasn't and tried to explain that I wasn't that customer... still rude.. when I told them they had got my order wrong as well... highly disappointed in the service! Need new employees cuz the old lady us rude as heck!! Usually really good service.

Picking out 2 dozen different donuts can be hard at times ?Parking: Plenty of spots to choose from, with handicap parking and entrance available to use.Wheelchair accessibility: Several handicap spots available and ramp to enter into restaurant.

The worst service ever. Told the lady what I wanted multiple times and they still got it wrong. When I told them it was wrong they stated they’re not able to change it and basically sent me on my way. As someone who has worked in customer service and still does, this behavior was unacceptable! Especially considering it was your fault. I even offered to pay the difference on your mess up.
