Ordered a bowl tonight that we picked up, tastes great like usual. Unfortunately there was a piece of pathway gravel in my food that I bit down hard on. Either some part of the food is left outside in the bare ground or….? How did a pathway rock get into my food.

I have never to Eat a Pita before. My wife and kids have and they love it. I had to turn around in their parking lot and my wife and I decided to have lunch. It has been said that I have the palate of an eight year old so I got the double American burger. That burger was very tasty and filled me up. I forced myself to finish the fries because they were so good. We ate al-fresco because we had a dog with us. If you have non adventurous or picky kids they have something for them while you can enjoy the traditional Mediterranean fair. I only wish I tried “Eat a Pita” years ago. Don’t settle for fast food get good food fast.

UPDATE it's been almost a month and no one has reached out or returned my calls regarding a refund.
On Monday night my husband and I ordered two gyros and when we got home to eat, halfway through eating we noticed a smell and odd taste. We looked at the pita bread the gyros came on and they were completely molded over. We don't understand how the employee who assembled this gyro did not notice the black and green mold all over the bread and continued to make our food with it. I have sent emails and called and left voicemails and no one has reached out. Non existent customer service. We used to love eating here, but after getting served MOLDED FOOD and the restaurant not caring enough to reach out to us with a refund is ridiculous. Never going here again.

Wow! This place was amazing. Had one of the best chicken gyros I've had in the US. They were generous with toppings, and the tzatziki sauce was very tasty! If I lived in Louisville, I would eat here once a week. Lol. Only wish they served fries as a small side dish to go with the pita. In Greece, they put fries on their gyros. So good!

Food is good, but service is so so. Be aware that if you want a topping on the side, there will want to charge extra for it even it's a free topping. Per Maya, it's because of the container to put it in. Don't email the restaurant, they will not respond.

The menu is a little bit wonky. While it is "quick service" like Qdoba or Subway, it is kind of hard to decide how to order.
With that said, the food is soooo good. A falafel pita is the way to go.
Where do I begin? Right off the bat, the lady was unwelcoming, forced “nice”, and the food was not fresh despite the lady saying it was. She was not aware of her customers right in front of her and was on her earbud I presume speaking to another customer? The food was the worst we’ve ever had. Don’t go here

First time having takeout at the Shelbyville location on 8/4. Food was great that was in the bag but they did not include both orders of baklava and we did not notice until we returned home. That's the least of the issues with this place it seems.
Once you order take out it informs you in the email to give them a call when you arrive and they'll have your order out shortly. Once we pulled in I called to let them know just like instructed and was instantly met with an incredibly rude lady answering the phones for them. I informed her we were here and she states with major attitude ”ok?". I just said that I'm calling based on the email and what info does she need from me and she goes off on a ride tangent about how they "have multiple orders that some aren't even done and I don't even know who you are". Well yeah, you could have probably asked my name and I would have told you like a normal curbside pickup experience. I could clearly tell the customer service was poor and I asked if I need to come in and she states yes. I went in a few minutes later as I was just a couple minutes earlier than expected. There was an older woman who was also trying to pick up her order and seemed a bit bothered/upset almost as if she'd had just been scolded too. I ended up asking her if they were having a bad day and she chuckled and nodded in agreement as the lady I assume was the one answering the phones just glared from the back at everyone. Apparently she received a similar response to her curbside pickup order phone call too. Needless to say this person and business should be ashamed at the poor customer service that was provided. If that's the type of service they have and don't have issues with how they handle take out orders then I won't be bringing my business to that location again. Do better.
I hope the other customer who I spoke with leaves her experience here like we talked about shortly and has a better day.

Food is amazing and portions are huge. The small salad was 2 meals for me. Everything is fresh. Atmosphere is generic fast food and the parking lot is hard to access, but it's worth the effort.

This place is simply amazing! The quality, taste, authenticity, and presentation are all spot on.
Each time I visit, it’s so clean in there, it looks like they’re getting ready to film a commercial or something. It’s quite impressive to say the least!
And the overall value for what you get is more than reasonable.
I’m actually quite shocked It’s not more busy than it normally is, but I understand this establishment is perceived to be more of a lunch restaurant than a restaurant for dinner (and I usually visit during dinner hours).
Very glad I found this place! I thoroughly enjoyed it, and confident you will too!
