I'm a student at UofL and I think many can attest to this, it should not take an hour to be able to pick up your food. The food is great no complaints from me there but on multiple occasions I've been late to class because of how long it takes. It's not the staffs fault even, it's a cramped space that gets flooded with people and at most I've seen maybe 6 barristas at a time. Naturally they get overwhelmed and stressed which leads to constant yelling out...
Despite how hot it was in the restaurant area, it was nice! I got a bagel and small coffee, and everything tasted great. It's nice if you need to grab something between classes.
