The food is always great at any location Ive been to, good, friendly service. Never have to wait too long for your food. Good prices for the portions you get.
Terrible owners, terrible food, and terrible service equals a HORRIBLE place. I wouldn’t eat here if you paid me. We ordered delivery and we got combinations which currently on the menu it states it comes with rice and beans which when we received our order it didn’t have any. When I called the manager was rude but did offer to give us beans and rice “just this one time”…how about you just fix your menu then you wouldn’t have angry customers. I definitely didn’t go back to get beans and rice. On top of that my food was cold…and not cold as in has been sitting out for a bit…the container was cold and food was cold (almost like it was frozen). So that turned my appetite and we ended up spending $30 bucks for my husband to eat and for me and my children to eat sandwiches…guess we should of just all ate sandwiches and then we wouldn’t be out $30 bucks. Thank you so much for nothing.

Free shot at the end of the meal was a deal sealed. But aside from that, just got some chorizo and a couple margaritas, all in all pretty good. Loved that they had Valentina hot sauce too.
Houston native here for work. I've been here 3 times in 2 weeks. 2 kinds of red salsa, 10$ combo plate options for dinner, the fajitas for one taste great and is enough to feed 3 people. Definitely my go to if returning to

Good service and great food. Decent price. Our second visit and just as good as first. Good portions. Cheese dip is delicious. Burrito Al Carbon with steak strips very good. I had cheese enchiladas and beef taco. All very good. Highly recommend!

As many in our community know, there are many locations of El Napol throughout our city. I frequently work in different areas of town and am able to visit some of these locations. I visited this location actually several times now , generally after noon and before 5. Each time a coworker and I were seated quickly and attended to just as fast to get our drink orders and drop off some chips and salsa. The service was very attentive and it was no time and our orders were delivered. Our lunch, a chicken burrito al carbon and my coworker had a steak salad , everything was very good. This has been the typical visit, I have found, at this location. I will also add that it has been very rare, maybe a couple times at most, where there were any issues with any part of the experience. If you enjoy Mexican food and atmosphere, you must give them a try, as I am sure most fans of this style of food have already done. Keep up the good work!

Convenient location so we go here instead of the better Middletown location at times. The atmosphere is very basic and boring, the service is not attentive, and the food takes longer than than it should. The food is generally pretty good but the service is hit or miss and timing is not good. Not my favorite El Nopal but works for location convenience.
