Carry out. Ordered chicken fajitas got home and realized no rice and beans. No big deal. Call restaurant, they said sorry come pick up or $6 credit. My round trip time is 30 mins, so neither is reasonable imo. They said they will deliver what was missed, an hour later no delivery. Manager seemed “surprised” it wasn’t delivered but well knowing he never sent someone out to drop off. Then, after all of this, he offered up a full credit on meal or free meal moving forward. I declined, I told him it’s not about the money. He also wanted to hold blame on me for not checking that the order wasn’t correct, even though I had to wait on it after calling it in 25 mins prior.

The WORST Mexican restaurant I have ever been too. The fajitas looked BOILED. All six of us adults that came here will never be coming again. PLEASE do yourself a favor and don’t come here. Food was terrible. Service was terribly slow. I would have rather gone to Taco Bell.

Ordered online and paid in advance w/credit card + 15% tip. I was looking for a lunch special. Online it was $9.00 for a Burrito, taco and rice. As I walked in I see lunch specials advertised for $6.99. No biggie, but irksome. When I told the gal at the desk I was picking up my carry out and gave her my name. She asked what I ordered. Honestly, I had researched the menu so thoroughly I wasn't sure what I landed on. I told her I thought I ordered a burrito. The only thing bagged and ready was my order. Once that was solved she tried to make me pay again even though I'd paid online. Seemed unnecessarily confusing considering I was thanked by name online. They really need to work on that. As for the food, the red sauce on the burrito and the rice didn't have the Mexican flare I was expecting; More tomato based with no seasoning to speak of. The shredded beef in the burrito however, was great! Large chunks of chuck roast that were very tender and perfectly seasoned. The taco had the same beef and lots of cheese and lettuce. I can't think of a better taco I've ever had! The chips and salsa were a bonus I wasn't expecting and were also very good. Portions were enough to fill me up. I'm sure I'll return but will have to drive by first to get the lunch specials.

This is a good and consistent chain of restaurants. Its not the style of Mexican cuisine that most appeals to me ,but that is not a reflection of the quality. It is very popular with many people. You should see for yourself. Service is always great

Driving through the parking lot, the advertisement caught my eye. Thought I thought I would stop, have a quick lunch, and a 22-ounce Michelob Ultra Draft for $5. See the attached photo. I was seated immediately and ordered the beverage of choice, and was informed that they don’t have that available. I was told that the drink special of the day was $8.99, which was a house margarita. I said, “Is there an option for a Miller Light, which would technically be a downgrade of a beverage choice for the same price?” I was told no. Not let me check with the manager just simply know - Obviously, I chose not to stay and dine and take my money elsewhere. There are so many options in Louisville. How difficult would it have been just to make the right decision or change or remove your advertisement?

This place used to be good, but the service is severely lacking, and it's 50/50 whether I'll have food poisoning by the early morning.
