its good you can get fry's and steak separately and I get a treat at subway next to it for the pretzel subway footlong sidekick amazing but the steak is too big for my mouth but still amazing

Went with my sister and 2 nephews LAST NIGHT 02/09/24, we decided to order seprately due bcause that is easier for us...instead of ASKING US how to SPLIT the check he just bring backs checks that are $40 and $60 dollars worth of food that not only over charged up but did not show an accurate pricing for our meals that we orderEd. I wish I knew he name but I DO NOT forget faces and that tattoo on his right forearm. The server the whole time we dined that RUSHED US AS WE ORDERED and didn't leave any room for questions or didn't clarify anything, he got upset and tries to gas light when the order is wrong as if I didn't know what I had order verbally. Did I forget to mention...HE DOES NOT KNOW THE MENU?!? So standing there just adding random numbers together just because you feel like it is pretty tacky and unlrofessional. He, STILL brings back the wrong food and once it's brought to his attention that the order was wrong, continues to gas light..he's huffing and puffing his chest out at the table, saying "oh my God" and clearly is showing signs of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! At which at one point I didn't even want to pay but did because I WILL NOT be back to that POORLY RAN ESTABLISHMENT! Instead of behaving like that he should've gotten a manager especially since he clearly doesn't know how to ACCURATELY display the roles of his job description.

Just called in a To Go order at El Nopal 3010 Bardstown Road Location!! Asked for my total. Went right next door to pick it up for my lunch break. Long story short. I get there to pick it up and I went in with exact change to pay. She started to cash me out and gave me a totally different price I asked what's the additional charge she said tip for To Go order!! WHAT?? $1.99 hand written on a piece of poster board Unacceptable!! How dare you demand a tip for me and all you did was cash me out!! If I dine in yes I will tip everytime.. Never have I been told tip for To Go.. needless to say I left and did not purchase anything at all. I will never order or dine at this location ever again. I do not recommend this location to anyone.. My recommendation... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!! Customer Service is the worse I've ever seen.

This is THE WORST RESTAURANT IN ALL OF LOUISVILLE KY!! HORRIBLE SERVICE. I AM 55 YEARS OLD, I WAS HARASSED, HUMILIATED, AND EMBARRASSED BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE OUT OF THE 1940'S. NO LIE. I SAT DOWN IN THE RESTAURANT ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE RESTAURANT. I AM ACTUALLY A MYSTERY SHOPPER. ( GO FIGURE RIGHT?)... SO, EVIDENTLY,.... EVEN THOUGH I WAS DRESSED UP, AND ALONE?? BLACK PEOPLE AREN'T WELCOME HERE. AS, THEY APPARENTLY THOUGHT I WAS TRYING TO STEAL, ( GET THIS)... CHIPS AND SALSA!!!!!??????? LORD JESUS!!!!... Food has become mediocre for what you pay. Tea is now $3.50, which is a joke. The service is spotty as I've had one server who tried to charge me twice for tea when I dined alone for lunch. Watch your bill closely.

Ordered online from this location on 2 separate occasions. Food wasn’t ready on either occasion. First time they said the online system was down. Second time they just didn’t pay attention that the order was there. Food was decent the first time. Second time it wasn’t fresh at all. I got the fajita special. Lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream were all running together and lettuce was soggy and brown. Queso was thick and clumpy.

Be aware because when I was eating, I chewed a piece of a ceramic plate. I told them about it, and they explained that that happens often, so be ready to loose your tooth.

I truly don't understand why I can come into the restaurant and get unlimited chips and salsa for free, but when ordering carryout, if I order two orders of queso and several meals, why I never get more than one small bag of chips. And if I ask for more chips, it's complete attitude from the employees. It makes me want to stop supporting this business! I know times are tough, but appreciate your carryout customers also!
