I really like this place. I used to come here a lot, but then they raised the price on imported 32 ounce beers to $10. My mind just says inexpensive beer at Mexican restaurants. Right now the 32 Oz. is on sale. A really good sale. When they raise the price I'll quit coming again. But the combo fajitas are very good here. And when I come by myself I get the Macho burrito. Good value! For the most part the service is great! Once in a while you get a dud but thats everywhere.

This is by far the best el nopal in the area. Service and food are both always 10/10. My partner and I go often and we are both picky eaters so our order is more on the complicated side. Never has our food been wrong. I've probably been here a hundred times and have never had a bad experience.

server was oddly rude to my boyfriend because when he was ordering she cut him off so she didn’t get the full order and when he said that he got chicken she came to the table and talked to him like he didn’t know what he was talking about ?

First of all I ordered some cheese and sour cream as my granddaughter puts it on her rice not knowing I was going to be charged $5 for it. Then she wanted a virgin Pina Colada which was also $5 which would have been fine if she could have drank it. I tasted it and it was terrible. I asked the server if he could add some strawberry syrup to it but that didn't help. It had a sour like taste. She took a couple of sips of it. I believe if there's an extra charge for something you're going to use on your food you should be told ahead. And you might want to have someone taste test the Pina colada mix. I wish I would have taken a picture of her Pina Colada that she barely touched.

This place was terrible bad service el nopal in hillview had flys around the food and went to bathroom and an employee was in there and didn’t wash their hands. Just wanted to give people the heads up.
