The Restruant atmosphere and server were fine. The issue is the food. It’s bland, watered down, soggy, overpriced, and there’s a 50/50 guarantee to make you feel sick after. Both me and my pregnant spouse got sick after eating here. You can tell nothing is made fresh because they send it out only minutes after you order. No time to enjoy a drink or the chips. If you feel up to taking a risk at what is honestly “fast food” Mexican than go ahead. But don’t say you weren’t warned.

I've been going to this el nopal location since it was across the street next to once upon a child and it's always been consistent and good food. The staff know me which is also amazing. I got togo food tonight and it was a huge disappointment, an even bigger disappointment when I know the quality they usually serve. My order was incorrect, everything was soggy and cold, something was missing, and I can't forget to mention the tacos were basically empty. I got to el nopal before the order was ready and only live about 8 minutes away so it wasn't like my order was sitting for 30 minutes. Idk who made the food tonight but it was terrible.

The best of the El Nopals. Staff always quick & friendly. Food quality very consistent. My wife loves tortilla soup, but only from this location. Their carnitas are juicy & flavorful, never over cooked.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat entry. Ramps/no stairs.

Just had a hair in my food. DID They comp. my meal. No, did they take a percentage off the bill nada? Did they say sorry nada, which is kind of saying a lot. They have doubled their prices though. Seriously reconsidering where my loyalty, and paychecks go.

I had the taco salad. Like other people said, the taste of the beef was not very tasty. I've tasted beef like it in other places; it doesn't taste like ground beef. I don't know if it is an authentic cultural seasoning of beef or if it isn't good ground beef, but it could use a lot of help. The help I gave it was to mix a bunch of mild salsa with it. It helped.I used to make taco salad, and the meat to be added came in frozen packets, and it tasted the same. Maybe El Nopal uses the same supplier.
Spent 60$ and the potion size was horrible tried to get my refund and was denied the owner is greedy the place is nasty do not spend your money here and I saw a roach on my way out digusting

This place is turning to a regular for me . I discovered it recently and I really enjoy it . The food is fresh and plentiful . The service is really good - almost no waiting and everybody is pleasant. I like the atmosphere , too - unique touch in the decorations and the smell of cleanliness.I Tried my usual chimichangas with chicken, which I prefer at any Mex place . They make great chimichangas here ~! I cant explain how much I love the quesadillas , they were huge and very delicious! Ordered them few times only last week. I should 've taken some pictures.I highly recommend this place ! The food is pretty good, the service is fast and really friendly , and I enjoy it more and more

Best El Nopal in town as far as flavor. Not sure why all the other El Nopals are so bland in comparison. Specifically, the beef. The new Okolona El Nopal is the next best as far as flavor.

Picking up my oder and cashier didn't charge my card for my drink. Guy said u want bottle drink. I said no a Fountain drank and he went and got the drink and said she didn't charge me after she already charged my card. He was Rude and Nasty because his employee made the mistake.
