Very much looking forward to my lunch but instead dry chicken salad with no eating utensils no cheese and when I called and when I called about this issue they were absolutely no help they did not refund my money so now I'm stuck with a dry salad that I have to eat with my hands thank you el nopal for ruining my lunch,.... A 15 yr customer, I've had birthday parties, anniversary parties... I honestly don't know what to say.... Except I want my money back!

Nothing but the best experience when I come here. Food is so good service is excellent. This 1 server seems to always be there and takes such good care of me name is Frank is my absolute favorite, always so nice and makes sure to get your order right the 1st time all while being the only server working on this day. He was taking care of everyone making sure they all had the best of his attention. So I just wanted to leave a good review mainly for this server who is excellent! Had always enjoyed their service until I received these small portions.My burrito was smaller than a hotdog, and my Monica lacked cheese, rice, two shrimp, and very little chicken.I threw $30 plus dollars down the drain.Never again will I be eating at that location in the Highlands.

First off, service was great. The drinks were also good and they have a great selection of Mexican beers on draft. My main issue is that the food is super mediocre at this location.I had the mole enchiladas and they were pretty bland. My wife got a taco salad which was about 1/4 of lettuce, a pile of dry chicken and burnt bacon. Almost no cheese, no sour cream or anything, and the shell was soggy.Not saying I would never go here again or anything but I've had much better luck at other El Nopal locations.

I ordered nachos with a carne asada burrito and it was amazing! The portion size was quite large as I had enough for leftovers later that night and the pricing was very reasonable for the quantity and quality of the food. The staff was immensely pleasant, smiling and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of that day. High vibrations from El Nopal.
