Had the best food here. Such a beautiful place 😍 service was wonderful. Had great vibes and a perfect ambience. Would definitely go Again.
I had the seafood chimichanga.
Kiddo had the 2 taco meal with beans and rice
Sis had the steak, chicken fajitas.
Oh and the peach and mango margarita 🍹 was delicious!!! 😋

Terrible customer service !!! 3 tables occupied with 20 employees chatting, conversating and walking around. ZERO sense of urgency !! Our server, CHUY had NO sense of urgency whatsoever. Had to continue to ask for refills, and it honestly looked like he was hopped up on that booger sugar 🫠 Food way overpriced for what it is. Will DEFINITELY NOT be returning 👎🏻👎🏻

My favorite location. The food is always good and the staff are nice. If you order pickup, I would suggest checking your order before you leave as they often forget things and make it a pain to replace.

My friend and I were promptly seated but then waited for 20 minutes and had to ask for a server (it was not busy). Once we ordered, my friend’s food came but mine never did. I’ve been to several other El Nopals, but we wanted to check out a different location than our normal one. I have never had a bad experience at an El Nopal until today.

El Nopal in Jeffersontown is a regular dinner spot for us. We love that they have indoor and outdoor seating available. We are always seated quickly and their service is excellent. I would highly recommend the Pollo Ranchero. (Grilled chicken with Rojo sauce and cheese along with a chicken enchilada, beans, & rice) It is delicious! They have a wide variety of dinners, combinations, and specials. If you are in the area, give El Nopal Jeffersontown a try. Please call ahead if you have a large group.

Their lengua tacos are so delectable. Guilty pleasure for sure! That jalapeno crema is so delicious I want a bottle to just carry with me everywhere to put on everything. I've loved evening I've tried and reading the sign across the street on the hardware store is incredibly entertaining.

Staff is friendly, the place is fun and vibrant. But the food is rather average.

This is our favorite El Nopal in Louisville! Such a fun atmosphere and the food and service is always great.
