The food is good. Service excellent. BUT I am so tired of ordering Chimichangas (Not sure if it's considered Tex Mex or Authentic Mexican) that are just flabby oil soaked burritos. Chimichangas are supposed to be light and airy crispy . It's like this with every El Nopal I have been to. I know, I should probably just stop ordering them but I haven't given up hope that maybe, just maybe they will be cooked correctly. Otherwise, I'm not dinging a place stars....
The chips and salsa were lacking. Had to keep requesting more salsa (hot or regular) for our group. Did not receive my complete food order upon arrival. Do not understand why? Received the rest of my order a few minutes later? Refills on our drinks was very slow. Food was good, just some items was not warm.

My shrimp is over cooked, there is hardly any cheese on my Monica plater. My husband taco shells was crushed. And our kids chicken and rice has almost no cheese. :( I guess we might have to look around for another Mexican spot!
