Freaking amazing! This is 100% comfort food!And while it is far from being "friendly" to various dietary choices/needs--this place is awesome!The food is well made and DELICIOUS! The employees are the most personable and friendly people I've met in a while, and the atmosphere is just so fun!!!It is worth a cheat-day on your diet--confort food win!

My party came in semi-haggard from a day of walking, but ready to dig in. Taco Luchador never disappoints and I’m glad to say this location was totally wheelchair accessible, down to the height of the tables. We got started with some heavenly mango margarita, split four ways. Wait staff was incredible, and when the food arrived it was as though a hush fell over the table, we were all so enamored with our plates. The birria is unmissable but don’t discount their tortas with fried plantains. Whenever I come down to Louisville from Indiana this is a must visit.Vegetarian options: Tacos, tortas (upon request), appetizers upon requestDietary restrictions: Totally safe for our party which had a vegetarian with an egg allergy. Super accommodating.Kid-friendliness: This place is always super kid friendly with a menu for everyoneWheelchair accessibility: We had a manual wheelchair user in our group and she was able to get inside and sit comfortably.

Food was well presented but lacked depth of flavor. Barbacoa was more like pot roast with a very mild chili sauce. I'm used to barbacoa having some fat to it whereas the one here seemed very lean; maybe it was just the luck of the draw. Overall score: 3.75 / 5.
