By far my favorite Mexican restaurant in the Louisville area. I have been going here for over 15 years, and should have posted a review a long time ago. Great food, great staff, and great ambiance. After eating lunch there three times in a row last week I thought it was about time to post a review.

My family of 4 wanted Mexican. I've never eaten here but they convinced me because of very good reviews. Short Answer: one of Best authentic food in Louisville and excellent service and staff. Long Answer: was my youngest 10th Birthday. It's besides "Brick & Figs" Lego store off Hurstborne Lane. We just missed their Saturday"Lunch Hour" menu but the regular menu prices seemed reasonable. basked on warmed chips brought with two salsa bowls(complimentary). Wasn't spicy but good. We ordered the white cheese dip(queso which tasted a bit bland but still good?) one some vegetarian plate, other son soft tacos, wife Chile Plablano stuffed with cheese and i combination enchilada and Tamal. Everyone loved their meals and I also tasted their food. Much better sides with flavor than typical rice and black beans or refried beans. The manager/owner realizing my 10 year old birthday even brought out a small ice cream with candle and staff and him sang and played instruments. I also ordered the "Fried Ice cream" which everyone loved. Bottom line I love this restaurant and Staff is 5*!!!!!!!! That's a lot coming from me. even day after I'm still SO impressed with food and service. Definitely coming back soon for Lunch. For 4 off dinner menu and dessert was $55. Well worth the price.

We’ve been going here for years; even supported them through COVID, been goin g down hill ever since. Been having problems lately with food quality & tonight couldn’t even get those concerns addressed by Gustave the owner. I love some of the people there, like Leo & Miguel, but our waitress sucked tonight & I hate that we’re going to have to try new places after all these years!

I have stopped in here many of times for a quick work lunch. I have always been impressed with the service. The staff are really good about getting you in and out and are friendly. The food is average Mexican affair but always good and never had an issue. I will return.

I had a bit of a frustrating experience at the restaurant today. Unfortunately, the server seemed to be a bit overwhelmed and it took quite a while for them to take our order. I hope they can improve their service in the future.

Good place to go if you want some yummy Mexican food. The chips and salsa was good and tasted nice and fresh. They do happy hour as well where you get 2 margaritas for the price of one. There is a massive menu with many choices but you can’t go wrong with the pregnant burrito!Vegetarian options: You can get vegetarian tacos, burritos, quesadillas, etc. You can have something if you’re vegetarian!
