While in the area we were hungry and looking for something to drink and eat: a couple we passed on the sidewalk said the food court ( so called ) near where we were was a good place. We stopped at Emmy squared. We were seated and Zack was our waiter was spectacular. He was just helpful in every way. We ordered a pizza BIG ANG - house made vodka sauce, ricotta, double pecorino, italian sausage, banana peppers. Pizzas are 8x10 and cut into 6 pieces. It was a very busy day ( nice out ) so food was a bit slow but it was okay. Lots of people watching and some cold brew was called for. Pizza was served and looked awesome. The vodka sauce was great and very tasty. This is a Detriot style pizza. Fluffy outer crust and crispy. It was pretty awesome tasting all the ingredients combined made for a good pizza!

Bethany was a pleasure! We came in about 30 minutes till close and she greeted us with a smile and great conversation while we waited. She made us feel welcomed and we will definitely be back to see her! Oh , the pizza is delicious too ;)

Me, my wife and our friends had Emmy yesterday. We had a group of 10 so we made a reservation. We got in no problem and the staff were super nice and welcoming. We knew it would take a while to get everything because of such a large group but even waiting on a beer took 15 minutes at least. Place was busy so I get it and it is definitely forgivable. What isn’t is the food. I got the wings, my wife got the chicken parm and we split the loaded fries. The wings were cooked good and they were meaty. The issue is they had zero flavor. Just tasted like plain chicken. My wife chicken parm was toasted to say the least. The edges especially gave off a burnt taste. The loaded fries were just fries with the smallest amount of cheese, bacon and green onions you’ve ever seen. The fries themselves were great but when you pay 15 dollars for loaded fries and you get what we got, you’d be disappointed too.Getting the check at the end of the night was another fiasco, but our waitress really did her best and I can appreciate that.All in all, I cannot say I recommend Emmy. Maybe we came on a bad day. With how many food options are in the vicinity, it doesn’t seem likely we will return.

Fantastic place. Food and service were both excellent. Even though the place is obviously named for its pizza, don’t underestimate the burgers! They’re some of the best out there, and I’ve probably had at least a thousand different burgers. 10/10.
Wonderful service and great conversation. Zach had wonderful recommendations for Pizza and was helpful with making sure we had everything we needed!I love Detroit style pizza and it was great to find in Louisville! I highly recommend the cocktails as well.All around wonderful experience and great vibe!Will definitely be back for pizza again!!

We had a reservation at 6:30. We were seated promptly and then sat there for fifteen minutes without another look. A server never even came close enough to us that we could attempt to get their attention. We left and went next door to Grind Burger and had excellent service.

During my children's birthday celebration on Valentine's Day, I had the opportunity to take my family out to this restaurant. However, I must express my disappointment with the level of attentiveness displayed by our server. Throughout the course of the evening, she rarely checked on our table and unfortunately, she even neglected to place my daughter's order. When I brought this to her attention, she seemed to imply that the delay was due to other factors, but it was evident that she had simply forgotten. Eventually, my daughter received her pizza, but it was disheartening to see the to-go boxes being brought out at the same time. Regrettably, this was not the only instance where the service fell short. All in all, it was an unfortunate evening that left my child disinterested in having cake. There was nocompensation offered for my daughters pizza.
