I went to this restaurant and I was mistreated by the manager and the cashier treated me in a racist way from the beginning. When the food that I and my family tried arrived and it was extremely salty, we complained about it and he only told us that he would not change us. The food that if we wanted we would have to pay again, to which we complained for being unfair and he treated us rudely. And we had to leave without eating and mistreated. My recommendation is never visit this restaurant for anything and even less if you are Latin, very bad quality and very bad treatment

Ate lunch at southside of Louisville Kentucky. Very friendly and very clean. Debbie S. Is great. She took our order and brought it to us with fresh breadsticks. She was running the front of the restaurant ( by herself) and had everything under control. I wanted to share and hope the company is aware of her exceptional service. Cooks are great too. Food was fresh and hot. Wish we had this where we lived.

Just went through the Drive thru an hour ago and ordered two twice baked spaghetti and meatballs.When I got home I noticed that I did not have any meat on my spaghettis at all. I called the restaurant to let them know and only help a girl workers offered was for me to come back for the meatballs.I feel like she blantly could care less about my issue. I paid $40.00 for my food order and couldnt enjoy my meal.I live far out in Jtown area to ride back out preston hwy for some meatballs only.First last time visiting this location. I guess I see why the drive thru was empty upon my arrival.Reply to corporate: Well you suggested allowing you all to make it up to me..But no suggestions were provided with your response!-Alesha

This is the best Fazoli's in Louisville! This was our first visit to the Preston restaurant and it will now be our go-to Fazoli's. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. The staff was fantastic. Debbie is as sweet as can be. The food was good. It was hot when served and the portions were large. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and we will be back!
