Erica, was the most wonderful Fazoli's employee I've ever had the pleasure of meeting! She was kind, friendly and accommodating. Any restaurant experience for me begins with customer service, and she's top notch! I didn't catch the name of the young man who served us our food, but he was also very kind and professional. The food was delicious and they both continued to check on us and other customers and truly cared about our dining experience. Thank you for your excellent service!!!!!

I did have a question about the loss of a diet drink on the Pepsi machine. It seemed to say that it would be back in the year 2029 ??

Received wrong order when I first picked up. Called the restaurant when I reached home and they didn’t attend the call. Next day I decided to do a takeout again but here we go, not enough sauce on my pasta, and completely missed the cheese. The staff was enjoying laughing behind the counter and I am sure they did this intentionally to my (and many other’s) food. Last few visits have been so messed up. I might never come back to Fazoli’s for the experience they are offering these days. How can you eat a boiled bowl of pasta with 2 spoons of sauce and they charged you more than $13 for it.
