I tried contacting the store to have my order corrected but no one answered. I ordered. The spicy baked ziti with chicken. When I got it home and ate it there was no meat!! Not one piece of chicken. I am so disappointed because I have been craving it all day.

I went into this Fazoli's to place a to go order at about 6:45 this (Wednesday) evening. They were really busy with drive thru and carryout orders. I stood back and waited for my order and watched this staff just kill it. How they took care of the dining area and dealt with all of the drive thru and pick up orders was above board. And the new hire on the front line, I believe Eliot was his name, he did very good under pressure. How the staff coordinated with each other was superb. Management should be damn proud of this crew!
