My last two visits to this location were horrible experiences. Back in mid-September I waited one hour twenty minutes (from the time I put in my online order), and today I waited 45 minutes after placing my order in person. The sandwiches are good, but not worth the inconvenience of such long wait times. I have been a loyal Firehouse Subs fan and patron, but unfortunately that ends today.

My turkey meat was cut up like mins meat. It was soggy and I've never known that they mins their meat. They don't, that's the problem. Never again I was a first time customer 😡

The manager Lexi is one of the rudest workers in there and the only disrespectful person in there she was really rude to my grandmother and I she needs to get fired and tuned it to the owner the actual owners

Love this place! Subs are awesome...had the brisket sub today. Service could have been friendlier, but it wasn't bad. Workers were professionally polite but don't really engage with you at all.
