I was supposed to be contacted by a local representative of the franchise to rectify an issue and no one has contacted me. Not only is it impossible to get ahold of someone, but they also dont care about your experience or the customer service one receives after a mishap. I used to love firehouse. They’re incredibly difficult to get ahold of for customer issues and often refer you back to the location that did you wrong. Makes you wonder why they hide behind emails and dont even bother providing a calling option. I will never go to this establishment again. I absolutely loath their ineptitude and lack of customer service.

Was just there a half an hour on hurstbourne it was insane the general manager got in a fight with one of the guys cooking over the phone not getting answered the general manager chased him inside and outside the store and when they came back in the general manager started ripping his clothes off to fight the guy in front of everybody everybody was running outside the door didn't know if he had a gun or not scared the heck out of me and everybody else that was there the placeemptied out real quick don't suggest to go there

The sandwhiches here are usually on the wet side and in maybe 20 mins the bread will be soft mush but today I’ve had it, my sandwhich was like a wet sponge.I dont understand why their sandwhiches are so wet and how they make it that wet. It’s literally water wet not sauce. Do they just have the ingredients floating in water the lettuce floating in water, grab some floating tomatoes, then grab the meat out a bucket of water that it’s floating in and then dump an entire bottle of mayo n the bread then slap it all on and then pour water up and down the sandwich one last time before closing it and wrapping it. Your hands will be wet immediately so better bring a stack of napkins. I have had drier sandwhiches that I have dunked in soup.

Don't try to use your cash app card at this location. I had to waste time on my lunch break going to an ATM because their machine was declining my card. How embarrassing. They should've just gave me that sandwich since their machine was not functioning properly.

I know a lot of people who rave about this place so I decided to try it on my lunch break. Immediately, I was disappointed. The service was poor and my order was completely wrong. They also forgot to give me part of it. The bread on the sandwich was SOPPING wet. It was disgusting. The few parts that were dry were actually very tasty, and that made it all the worse that it ended up being maybe a third of the sandwich that was actually enjoyable. Maybe Firehouse was having an off day, but it sure ruined mine.

They need more room for customers and a screen to let customers know that there working on there order and when it's ready they need more help all ages. They need swinging door for the kitchen and more room for the employee to work in the stations. They need ceiling
