I really like this pizza! However, do not order online; I have tried that twice and it was a dismal failure twice. I was told the online ordering doesn't work, just to call. Strange.

Horrible experience! It looks like they were short handed maybe because of someone calling in but everything was handled pretty poorly. The 2 employees seemed very frustrated but were very apologetic and friendly. I ended up waiting a long time for food and couldn't get my fountain drive because almost everything was out in the machine. I won't be going back.

Firenze Pizza is unlike any other pizza around! I love being able to order fresh ingredients for my pizza and watch them bake it in the pizza oven! The store also does promotions like free pizza for back to school, donating to local charities, giving away cookies for making a free throw, and many more. I highly recommend trying this place out!

We like Firenza but I hate that each time you go your pizza tastes different. It's also extremely expensive for how mediocre the food is. We probably won't be back.

After waiting in line for 20 minutes, I couldn't bring myself to complete my order. All the pizzas coming out of the oven were burnt, when my niece grabbed us a table and had to clean it off herself, and the girl about to take our order seemed under the influence. They were also out of sauces and ingredients. Gross establishment! Try MOD or Blaze pizza instead. Review update: To save face, Firenza management commented on my review, "trying to make it right." I promptly emailed the address given, and just like my original experience, was let down again. They not only didn't handle the issue, they NEGLECTED TO EVEN REPLY. Utterly putrid and disgusting.

We had the Firenza, the Corleone, wings and brownie. The first thing we noticed was fresh ingredients and a good crust. The Firenza is good but the Corleone was amazing. Again the toppings were really fresh. The wings were cooked perfectly, and the sauce was good without being too hot. Let's be honest, most people like fast-casual pizza places for their convenience, not quality, so we were definitely impressed. Our office team 'helped' us finish and every one of them was pleasantly surprised. The brownie is more like a cake, with frosting on the top. Light and easy to eat, but not thick and chewie (which I prefer). I'm glad this place is around the corner from my office.

My wife and mine first visit to Firenza Pizza. Had an issue with the debit card processing payment but no order printing out. The manager (AJ) handled it like a true professional and veteran of the restaurant industry. Customer service was great, pizza was fantastic. Crunch on the crust was wonderful, sauce tasted like fresh crushed tomatoes. Will definitely become my go to weekly pizza joint. Highly recommend this restaurant, unlike Pizza Hut, papa johns, dominoes etc this pizza is cooked in a Stone Heart Oven and the taste/texture is unlike any chain pizza joint you'll ever eat.

This is my families favorite place to get pizza! The crust is absolutely delicious and the toppings are cooked to perfection. The customer service here is a 5 out of 5 stars. If you're looking for a new pizza joint, this is by far the best place to get authentic pizza as well as quick and friendly service!

This is of our go-to places now, especially since we can walk there! The staff has always been super friendly to us and the food is always great. Our favorite is the Monterey Pizza and Cheese Bread. Since I am a teacher I also really appreciate that they give teachers free cinnamon bread on Mondays! Definitely a great place to go for a quick dinner!

My 1st trip here, I was there 15 minutes after closing and did not realize this when I walked in. The guy at the counter said he could still get my order. Guess they had forgot to lock the door, and before they could another guy walked in and they waited on him as well. I have been back many times since, always received good fast service and the pizza has for the most part always been very good. AJ is definitely the most efficient and best at making the pizzas, and always friendly and outgoing. They are never really busy when I have visited, and usually that is a sign of bad things, but not the case here at all.

Had an amazing experience. AJ helped me with toppings and was genuine in his convo and friendliness. I will definitely be back.

This is yet another Build Your Own Pizza place similar in concept to building a sub at Subway. The facilities are nice and clean and the staff friendly. The pizza however was bland and failed to inspire me to want to come again. Of course in all fairness, I feel the same way about a couple pizza places like this. The crust was alright and probably offered the most flavor of all when tasting the burnt edges. The sauce was skimpy and barely noticeable to the taste buds. They did tend to be a little more generous with the toppings here than the other 2 places I've tried like this. Summary:. Nice place to go if you enjoy building your own pizza while on the go. Just don't set your expectations too high if you're looking for flavor.

My daughter actually bought pizza here as we traveling back home. I had a slice of of it and it was great. I would have to get my own next time.

Went there over the weekend. Pizza is probably better than similar chains that operate on the same model like Blaze or Pieology, though maybe a bit more expensive. The problem I had with Firenza was the customer service and policies of the restaurant. I was with one other person and we split a medium sized pizza with four toppings, but we got half-and-half. This is not all that crazy of a request for a pizza place and we ended up getting charged extra by the manager who rang us up. He said it was because we got eight toppings, even though we only got half the normal amount of each topping on the pizza. It was only like an extra $1.50 but it left enough of a bad taste that I probably won't be returning. PSA: Go to Old School New York Pizza, basically across the street. It's better, cheaper, locally owned, and the people who run the joint are great.

Honestly I'm not one to ever right bad reviews (because I work in service industry so I get it) but I'm a little pissed off after leaving today. The first time I went when it first opened was great, I loved it. This time was awful. The guy stretching dough didn't know how too? The kid putting the toppings on the pizza looked like he was 10? But kept getting distracted by his co-workers which in turn meant I had to say my toppings over and over. Everyone else who came in 3-5 min after got their pizzas before me. When I get home i discover that both pizzas are burnt. I'll probably never eat here again, I've had much better experiences at Blaze Pizza. This was an annoying experience and if it weren't for the fact that I had my toddler with me and I was starving, I would have just asked for my money back.
