This is my favorite breakfast spot in louisville and several other cities. The food is very fresh but also each dish has great thought. I have yet to have a bad plate of food. Love the non alcohol juices. So good and good for you. Always clean and service is attentive. 5 stars always.

This place is genuinely awesome. I had ordered food for delivery this morning and they had accidentally forgotten an item I called to let them know and the manager himself delivered me the item. Not many places out there will do these type of things for people! That alone will make me continue to order from First Watch! I didn’t get his name but absolutely amazing food and service.

Ordered BLT Eggs Benedict. First eggs came out soft boiled, not poached. I asked for new eggs. The second set came out barely cooked at all sitting in a bowl of water. The bacon was so overcooked it was dry and ceiling. I ate the toast l, avocado and tomato and passed on the rest. The service was good, it was fast and they did remove my meal from the ticket.
