This was my first time going to a First Watch, and it was fantastic. I'm under dietary restrictions at the moment for my health, and my server Lexi was so sweet and very helpful with making sure I was eating food that was safe for me. She was very kind and fun, and talked with me and laughed with me like a friend. I got the Banana Almond Granola crunch pancake, and it was awesome! For my fellow friends who are a bit sensitive to texture, it has little gooey bits of banana in it, and the almonds and pecans are a crunchy little bits- not super hard. It is most comparable to Ben and Jerry's with the different textures, but a pancake. Also, it's massive! It's really tasty and I definitely recommend it!

Madeleine was our server and one of the best I’ve had in a very long time. We had a large group come in at 11 and she was flexible and willing to move us around To fit, our group needs, ended up sitting at two different tables near one another. She was prompt in getting our orders, conversational, and friendly, and offered to get us to go coffees at the end of the mail. Excellent service overall.

I ordered to go. Once my food was delivered I opened my container and there was MOLD on my food. When speaking to the manager named Rachel she told me there was nothing she could do and since it was only on a small portion of my food all I could expect to receive was a $1. Stating its a food business and “things happen”. Serving molded food to customers just doesn’t happen! She refused to take accountability. I asked for a corporate email/number and I was hung up on by Rachel
