The fries were greasy and gross. The staff refused to check the men’s room after my husband waited in line for 15 minutes to go he knocked on the door multiple times and politely asked if someone could check to see if anyone was in there. They finally said he could use the ladies after I gave them the stink eye. I could hear the staff making jokes about not wanting to check the bathroom and leaving my husband stand there. We were on a road trip and we drove out of the way to go there. It wasn’t busy so there was no real reason not to help us.

Exellent hamburger. $20 for two single hamburgers for me and and my dad, no cheese, no bacon, but everything else and mushrooms. No fries, but 1 plain vanila shake. I took it out and waited about an 1hr before eating it. Bad idea, need to eat right away, hot off rhe grill, like sushi :) delicious hamburger and exellent shake.

5 stars for five guys . This location was amazing . Lucas was super nice . Loved the atmosphere.
I visited this Five Guys and had a good experience overall. The burgers were cooked well and the fries were fresh and flavorful. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive, which made the visit enjoyable. The only downside was that the wait time was longer than expected, which made the experience feel a bit slow. Aside from that, everything else was very good and I would definitely return to this location.

Omg the burger was delicious!!!!!! I had such a great experience at Five Guys thanks to the amazing team. John at the register was friendly and welcoming, making sure my order started off right. Shiann, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. And McKenzie really impressed me by remembering me from a past visit and knowing exactly how I liked my milkshake—that personal touch meant a lot! Their excellent customer service made my visit special, and I truly appreciate the effort they put in. Five Guys is lucky to have such dedicated employees!

While running errands my wife and I dropped into Five Guys for a burger and fries. The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife got a small cheeseburger while I opted for a big bacon cheeseburger, with a small order of fries for us to share. I especially appreciate being able to watch our burgers being prepared thru every step. Our burgers were cooked perfectly, and were juicy and delicious. Sorry for the picture. I was so hungry I couldn't wait to start. My wife scarfed hers down completely before I could get a pic 😁 I really like the way when you order fries, they dump another scoop in the bag on top of your order so you can grab a few out of the bag on your way home. They were both outstanding burgers. Juicy, delicious and prepared perfectly. Great job, Five Guys! We'll see you again soon! 🙂
