I give a restaurant three tries. This is the third for this place for me. This was take out each time. The burger is a meh at best. Tasteless, absolutely no seasoning at all, A little salt and pepper would be a great addition! The fries are decent. However they always throw extras in the bag to overfill the cup. Extra is appreciated but it made the bag so greasy it was all over my seat. I have a 5 minute drive BTW. Ordered the burger all the way, so all the condiments were on it. And I believe that is exactly what you are paying for. This place is not cheap by any means. My order was $23 and some change for a Double Cheese, reg. fry and a shake. The onions are steamed and not "grilled". Just cause they are on a grill doesn't mean they are grilled. The Burger is a complete mess. Has no flavor but the condiments that are so overwhelming and more than twice the height as the meat. In the trash it went after two bites. Would have been better to put the condiments in a bowl and call it a salad. Three strikes you are out. Never again. I gave 2 stars for the fries. They did taste ok and at least had some salt on them unlike anything else. Service was great, everyone there was nice. Why is this place regarded as being really good when it is mediocre at best. You can get a much better tasting burger for the price almost anywhere.

Five Guys has definitely gone down hill. We were waiting an unusual amount of time. A customer that had left several minutes ago came in carrying a bag of food. She gave it to the employee saying it wasn't her food. The employee looked at it and called out the number on the bag. Then the customer handed us the food she had brought with her and returned. Kind of grossed out that the employee was fine with it. Probably won't be coming back to eat. Since I'm not real big on sharing my bag fries with a complete stranger. šš

The environment was very clean, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The food was of five-star quality. Although this is an expensive fast food place, the excellent service makes the price worthwhile. The person who prepared our food, I believe his name is Armand, was not only a wonderful cook but also a great person to talk to.

They messed up a pretty simple order which upset my sister kind of badly, but other than that, they're usually alright, I guess. They have good fries. And they have peach mellow yellow in their soda machine options, that soda is to die for.

The Manager Guy and the team member Steve were both awesome ? people to interact with. I told them that it was our first time visiting Five Guys and that it was great seeing a place where everyone was able to enjoy working with each other. The food was great. My Family had been telling me how amazing all Five Guys was but ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION!!! I actually live closer to the Dixie Hwy location but I happened to be in the area shopping and I figured that it would be a great opportunity for our group to try something different and be surprised at the same time. Donāt be confused because this isnāt FAST FOODā¦ā¦ itās GREAT FOOD FAST!!! I canāt believe that you can still go to a restaurant and eat and get it right the FIRST TIME!! The young man that was ringing up our order was extremely helpful and got our order PERFECT!! The board that stated what farm and the city and state it was in was really nice.
Parking: Plenty of parking ?ļø so donāt worry ?
Kid-friendliness: They serve kids portions and have a grilled cheese sandwich if they donāt like hamburgers or hotdogs. They also have a bulletin board for kids to post their artwork on too.
Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are big enough for the wheelchair to pass through and the door isnāt that hard to open.

Jaylon was the best! He most definitely in the right place to greet people. From the start I seen great customer service, with a true smile on his face. Made me feel welcomed enough to speak and actually get what I wanted which is difficult because I like a lot of toppings but he got it correct on the first try. I didnāt have to repeat my order. Because of him I will be back!!! Thank you and thank you to your manager to hire someone as fabulous as you!! ?
