Today was my first visit to Five Guys. The staff were all cheerful and friendly, despite working on Labor Day.
The cashier Jaylon patiently walked me through the options. The manager offered a free fry for my first visit.
After paying, Jaylon brought me a $20 bill that I had dropped at the register. That kind of integrity is rare.
5 stars! 10 stars! A galaxy of stars! This crew is the best.

Went in at 1pm/no one in line. Asked for single Cheeseburger which had no cheese, the burger was grey/ brown with nothing crispy, edges,etc, and the whole thing was soggy,messy with the unexpected wet mushrooms which I didn't know was a regular item there, and too Small bun. The fries were great - Get Small! Total Order was. $16.29 Was looking forward to my first, and now last visit.
