Today was my first visit to Five Guys. The staff were all cheerful and friendly, despite working on Labor Day.

The cashier Jaylon patiently walked me through the options. The manager offered a free fry for my first visit.

After paying, Jaylon brought me a $20 bill that I had dropped at the register. That kind of integrity is rare.

5 stars! 10 stars! A galaxy of stars! This crew is the best.

Jojo and the crew were amazing. We already make the trip here at least once a week, but today the fries and burgers were pure perfection... Mid-bite, I already wanted to come back! Thank you for the perfect Five Guys Experience.

Just left from there and as always the service was amazing food was amazing i love coming here haven't had it in a awhile and It was so good! I've tried other five guys locations in louisville but they weren't good but this one this specific location is always amazing love it! Not sure why anyone would complain about this location they have never disappointed me and I been going here for years! Best burgers and Cajun fries ever!!!!
