I rarely leave a negative review, however five guys at the Summit certainly met all criteria...ordered 2 cheeseburgers one with mayo, tomato, pickles & mushrooms, with the other one being plain cheeseburger...when I got home, they were both smothered in ketchup only...for me it was not edible, however the dog did not complain....with small fries the ticket came to around $24.....my dog sends his appreciation & I learned to inspect my order before leaving....I'm out of the Five Guys business

I was let down by my food. Maybe I didn't order it right cause I was trying to reproduce my favorite sonic order.. cheeseburger with mustard and jalapeno.. but fries were very good. I think if I'd dressed my burger better I may have been satisfied.

THE BEST!This staff. So. Good. Always friendly, kitchen always communicating, and today we forgot something on our sandwich and all we had to do was ask and the kitchen staff gave us eye contact and a “no problem!” Attitude. Shoutout to the sweet old man on register Love this five guys!!!

Sheer greed at is finest! I'm sorry but Five Guys is not a $22 meal for one person. Guess that explains why there wasn't anyone in there. I walked out when I saw they raised their prices to $10 a hamburger and $6 for fries and $3 for a soda. Get real!
