Called to complain about order not being right and milkshake being like chocolate milk not a shake. Hamburger was messed up even though receipt showed what was ordered. Called up there to complain and Manager said come back and they would give me another shake but I wouldn’t drive back there for their food. I told him that they are too expensive to mess up orders, He said he was going to talk to them. It won’t last much longer on Dixie. If you work fast food and can’t or won’t do your job right then find something else to do.

Food is good, wait time is okay, sometimes fast, sometimes extremely slow. But the last two visits, I’ve found a brownish grayish hair (beard) at the bottom of my fries.

Okay, this location is hit or miss. There isnt much consistency from the crew. Went one day when sr management was training, show up next week, and there isnt much being heard by the cooks in the back as far as communication goes. Typo on my order and the cashier did tell the crew but they forgot or didnt care. Fries needed about another 3 mins, and whats with the portion controls? Like really if I am paying 24 dollars for a large fries meal, dont bother using a tray to measure everything out... McDonalds is furthur down the road if I want rationed french fries.
