This is on Dixie Hwy in the shopping center where the old Target was. I will say for Dixie Hwy it is a privilege to have a Five Guys. It took them sometime to open awhile back and I almost gave up on them. I finally had an opportunity to come here. It was somewhat busy on the inside with a few empty tables. The line was short and I got to place my order in a decent amount of time. I didn't wait very long for my order either. I got a bacon cheeseburger with pickles a small fry with fries overflowing in the bag as well, and a regular size drink. That's right you read bag in this review. Just like the other Five Guys location. They do not do trays and hand your order to you in a bag. The burger was cooked well done and the bacon was crispy which I love. I did have to add some salt to the fries. Everything was delicious. And I will note it is pricey here but, worth every penny. Will be back.

The food and service at Five Guys has always been great for us at other locations. But not this one. I do not recommend anyone to order food at this Five Guys on Dixie Hwy in Louisville. The service is bad. We tried it twice and now we are never going back again. Last time we ordered to go, and got home and found that 5 items were left off our order, including the cheese in the cheeseburger. We have our receipt, and it was correct, but not a shred of cheese. Plus other condiments missing. We called to report and the person was professional and said the next time we came in to get another order. Well, no but thanks anyway. We're not going to make a third mistake. This really makes me sad, because there aren't very many choices for decent fast food on Dixie Highway. But we will go to other Five Guys because they have great hamburgers and shakes.

I went to Five Guys on Dixie Highway this morning around 930am,They had both of there open signs on.Ive never been to Five Guys,the manager acted like i was inconvenience him.He has probably lost my business!!To add libe,i went to the door ready for a burger?The door was locked with open signs?? He said we open at 11,i thought these guys are out there????

I love 5 Guys and go often so I was happy when a new one was built near me on Dixie Hwy. But, why they can't get an order right? No cheese on the cheeseburger! Really??? Also missing 3 other toppings we requested on our burgers. Will go to other 5 Guys, not this one. BTW, atmosphere is crazy at this one. Usually a customer waving arms and talking to themselves in this place. Not their fault, but be forewarned.
