The buffalo chicken egg roll was delicious. Creamy with a little spice wrapped in crispy egg roll. Totally recommend.

Best Food truck Louisville has to offer, recently had the Spicy Fried Chicken tacos and let me tell you. The chicken was made fresh steaming out of my plate. Cheese was melting. Everything was just what I expected from the Chef himself. 100/100 !!

Buffalo chicken spring rolls are to die for! My only complaint is inconsistency. You never know when or where they will be. They used to come to the Highlands every Saturday night but now you never see them anymore. Their social media doesn't give much info. My suggestion is if you can catch them, take advantage!

Tried this truck for the first time. Was really excited to try the buffalo chicken egg rolls. Overall they were pretty good. Not greasy at all. But there wasn't much buffalo flavor. Way too much cheese. Very crispy on the outside though. And I also got the loaded fries. Such a disappointment. The shredded cheese was the type that did not melt. It turned into this weird plastic looking cheese. And there was so. Much. Ranch. Bacon was great and the fry flavor was good too, but as a whole not so great. Don't think I will return here. The prices are just too expensive for the taste.

We had them for a customer event at our office & man did they deliver! Came in early & set up. The menu selections were all great. The buffalo chicken egg rolls were a huge hit. I enjoyed my tacos. Everyone was talking about how their fries were perfect too. They had friendly & very fast service, even when the main rush of orders hit. We’ll certainly use FlavaVille again!

FlavaVille catered my wedding and it was a hit! The food was top-notch and the service was efficient even with a large crowd. Serge was easy to work with and is an excellent communicator which made the whole day much less stressful. Highly recommend!

Great food! They were parked outside of my nieces dance recital so I got an opportunity to try it. Buffalo chicken egg rolls were amazing!!

Tried during a community event. Chicken BLT taco, pork taco, and Buffalo chicken ranch egg rolls. Not a good experience food wise but the service was good.

We used Flavaville for an event. I asked them to not serve until we were there to make sure players ate and that's all we got charged for. They didn't and we ended up paying for random people who saw an opportunity for free food. They also had problems at end of night with the charges. They didn't have anything to show me the numbers of people fed and I wasn't there to do the count like I asked them and their credit card machine wasn't working. We waited close to an hour after everyone had left to get a charge and they didn't have a proper invoice like we requested. They also forgot to bring a permit they insisted we pay for so we asked them to send it and they were immediately sending threats about payment for the permit within a day. We explained we had to submit the paper and have a check cut and they screamed small claims court and sent several crazy threats. Which made me chuckle cause the amount was $265 he missing after we ALREADY PAID THEM well over 1k for the food ...and we were still under 30 days for the $265 permit reimbursement he asked for that he never brought to event like we asked. The unprofessionalism of Serge and the many many threats and emails in a single day was disappointing and not worth it. I would recommend going to a company that knows how small business works.

Keep your receipt that you paid cause the owner is crazy and will keep claiming you didn't and also make sure they don't feed people that aren't with your event and then charge you. Happened to us. the whole experience was awful and the owner is super unprofessional. Glad I have a paper trail.
