Went in to get a carryout. They were short staffed but still got to me quickly. They handled my order with courtesy, respect, and friendliness. My order was exactly how I placed it. Great place! I hate that so many frisch's have closed around here.

The meal was decent, but a little pricey for breakfast. I had biscuits n gravy, a western omlet, a Sprite for myself, and my friend had the Frenchtoast breakfast with coffee. At 43.00 plus tip.They do not carry alot of stuff like the breakfast bar( what I really wanted) available only on weekends.It was not a total loss. I was fed, and it was fast.

We came here at 6:20 on a Sunday and they had no chicken no mozzarella sticks my burger was good but had to wait almost 20 minutes for 2 burgers and the worker did not listen and made one without pickles we did not ask for no pickles

Got here a little before 8pm, it's 8:32 we still haven't received our food. Our party of 3 only ordered 3 sandwiches combined 2 big boys and a fish sandwich. One of the big boys was a platter with fries. A Lady comes in after us she waited a while too but how did she get her order before us is crazy to me. Looks like she'll be finished eating before our food arrives at the table. So speaking of which food just got here and attempts to hand us the food over the wall were sitting next too. My mother had to ask this lady to walk to the correct side of the table to hand is out food. The way she was doing it at first she had to reach to hand us our food instead of just placing it on the table. My mother said I understand it's just you and maybe you are tired but at least serve us the correct way. I know things have changed after the pandemic but this is like a joke. Not to mention yall went up on the salad and soup bar and there is no soup and a bunch of other stuff missing off the bar and tried to charge for the cup or bowl but it's supposed to come with the salad bar.

Just picked up an order. I probably should have checked it better before leaving, but of course they left things out. It happens sometimes. However when I called the store I got some young person who proceeded to tell me he had only been there 3 weeks and couldn't help me. Really!?! Don't ever order online. Order your items there and wait for it.

I ordered fish it came and was laying in a puddle of grease.and was so greasy I returned it. They then brought me a turkey club with fries. The Fries were cold. On the upside our waitress was very apologetic and did her best to fix the problem.

Before Covid we would eat at Frisch's Big Boy at least once a week. Usually we would go for breakfast or dinner most of the time. Well,, I have not been to Frisch's in a while and I was shocked when I did go!! The menu is so small now. If you are just wanting a Frisch's Big boy, cheeseburger, sandwich, soup or salad it is the place to go to now! Even their breakfast menu was smaller. On the menu it says breakfast all day, but when I ordered a breakfast entrée our waiter told me that they already stopped doing breakfast for the day. It was around 7:00 p.m. when I was there on a Saturday night. He told me they usually stop about 7:00 or so. I ended up ordering a big boy, fries and slaw. It was good and hot, but I really wasn't in the mood for a burger that night. My granddaughter ended up ordering a cheeseburger, cup of vegetable soup and mac and cheese. She said, "it was very good." She did eat all of it. Our waiter was a young guy and he was so sweet. He has been there for a while because I did remember him. I will return, but for lunch not dinner.

Took a long time to be adjusted with taking my order, Wait to get to window then at window for my order was very long. I wasn't given my drink and had to return. Waited so long that time that the car in front had shut off their motor. Spicy burger sauce was not tasty. Disappointed in this visit after going several times recently.
The young man that takes my orders is always so pleasant! He has a great smile & attitude. I think he really likes his job! The food was good too.

Love your food and servers! A BIG "THANK YOU" to Lorie B. Who went out of her way to make pre- Mother's Day sweet for my Mom and I. Your kindness and funny disposition made our drive thru Awesome!This store has two great associates working for it. Please pay your staff more to keep the great employees like them, as they make your business grow, along with your tasty food. They are worth it.(I'm sorry I do not have the other lady's name that helped us on another day that we visited, but she was equally kind and had busted her butt taking care of a full house of customers, never missing a beat.)

I've been to multiple big boys in the past (all pleasant), but this....this place needs a total overhaul on staff, starting at store manager.The food was sub-par on flavor, however, it got to our table fairly quick. There was literally one "older" waitress working close to 20 tables at once. Getting there, our family of 5 waited to be sat, but never was. We were given one menu to share. Our family was there for almost 30 minutes before we even got our drinks ordered. The employees in the back were loud and highly unprofessional. The lady who they had busing tables was the most professional and kind employee in the store. Paid 40 bucks for lunch, left a 15% tip, but I promise you, this store needs a reset. We will not be returning to this store until its Great Reset. Side note: cleanliness was 6 out of 10, Ten being the cleanest. Definitely need improvement as well. Bathrooms reminded me of the sketchy gas station bathrooms. Please advise this store really isn't worth it, thank me later folks!

Came to dine in and they only had two waitresses and had a long line waiting at the doors. The waitresses were working their buts off, trying to seat and serve people, but you also lost customers because you didn't have enough help. I ended up going to the drive thru and the serves was faster.You all really need to get more help and pay those ladies you do have working more money.
