So sorry it was so bad we just want people to know to not spend hard earned money here. I am sure they are hard work in kitchen I don't blame staff but quality of hamburger and fries is so bad also grease tasted like it was very old... Sorry my daughter and I have belly pain since eating

So sorry. Every time I'm here its spectacular. Food fresh, tables clean. Drinks refilled appropriately. Looking for flaws. Dont see any. Are we just lucky? Doubt it.

I am 56 years old and have been eating at Frisch's on Lincoln Ave since I was about 8. This last meal the yesterday was not good. I ordered Chicken tenders, crinckle fries and salad bar. I got three little chicken tenders (hot and tasted "ok"), the fries were gross. They had obviously sat in a pan for far to long and barely room temperature and the salad bar was nothing to talk about. Please go visit Cattleman's salad bar and learn what a salad bar is. Dressing's were not marked and nothing but lettuce really to put on it. I ordered onion rings to make up for the fries. They were very hot (good thing) but the breading was "squishy" for lack of a better term. I actually ate when I got home. Unless things get better, I won't be back.

The nicest employees I have ever come across work at Frisch's. They are super friendly and the food is always really good. The place is clean and festive and never too crowded. Perfect for my anxiety. But my favorite part is the kind employees. They honestly make the experience 100 times better.

This was by far the worst fast food experience I have ever had. Don’t bother picking up curbside, nobody will come out. Then after waiting endlessly because you expected someone to bring your food, you’ll have to go in and pick up your now soggy nearly room temp food. Then on your way home discover they also failed to give you all of your order and are missing key meal items that you paid for. The chicken tender batter is this weird leather-like peelable layer of spongy bread and a 99 cent box of Kraft macaroni is more impressive than the Mac and cheese glob I received.

I received a free Big Boy, fries and a Coke for my veteran status. Great burger, as always, made greater by sharing it with my vet brothers. Thank you Frisch's!

I placed an online order for a chicken club sandwich meal. When I picked up my order the fries were cold, I received the wrong sandwich, and the wrong drink (rootbeer instead of coke). When I called to let the manager know my order was wrong she was less than empathetic and had an attitude. I just wanted her to address the issue with her staff so other customers wouldn't have the same issue-wasn't looking for a free meal. You never know what people are going through in their lives. Sometimes you just want a meal to treat yourself and it should not be that difficult to pay attention to the order someone is requesting.

I’ve been seeing the new chicken sandwiches advertised and was looking forward to trying one. On November 1st I dined in with a friend. I ordered one of the chicken sandwiches and fries. My friend ordered a burger and onion rings. Both were tasty- but the size of the chicken patties were a little larger than the size of a chicken nugget!! No exaggerating! Almost amusing actually. The onion rings were so very heavily breaded. Did not enjoy them at all!! Fries were yummy! Also, my “chicken nugget” sandwich was more expensive than the burger! So disappointed.

I don't like to write uncomplimentary reviews, but this Big Boy just isn't what it was a few years ago.I went there for lunch around 1:00pm on a Tuesday and the experience was disappointing.The restaurant was almost empty and I was seated promptly. The server appeared to be experienced but appeared to be in a big hurry and was not very cordial.However, everything got off to a good start in spite of the server's attitude. I ordered a cheeseburger with fries and iced tea.The server returned with the tea almost immediately and took the food order for the second time. Everything was good.And then I sat and waited.And waited some more.The server had disappeared.After waiting much too long, I was finally served a cheeseburger and fries, just as I had ordered.I said "thank you" and the server quickly walked away without saying anything.Then I took a bite of the cheeseburger and discovered that it wasn't even barely warm. The fries were cold too.And the server had disappeared again, never to return.I waited about half an hour and still no server.I finally walked up to the cashier and asked for my check.I mentioned that my food was unsatisfactory and the cashier made no comment.I paid for a meal I didn't eat and left.I won't be back any time soon.

Worst place we've eaten in Louisville in 25 years. At one time, we ate there and the food was good but not now. We ordered; server came back to say they didn't have what one of us ordered. Asked for another item and server came back to say they didn't have that. Reordered and server came back to say item wasn't available. We both ended up with fish, which was the worst we've had in any restaurant. Our little Asian server would sit at the counter with her phone and appeared to be making a video; she would twist her head around, stick her tongue out, talk to the phone. One time she came back over to see if we wanted something else. Later, had to call her over to get something. She didn't come to see if we wanted a dessert before bringing the ticket; she just dropped the ticket and said to have a good evening. This place is definitely just a sandwich shop. After I ate I got nauseated. No more.

Very disappointed. First, though several people looked at us as we waited to be seated, it took a while for anyone to seat us. A simple "we'll be right with you" would have been sufficient. Then, when we were seated it took 15 minutes for me to decide it was time to leave. We waited 15 minutes without so much as an acknowledgement, or an offer of a beverage. When we decided to leave and my husband asked who was our waitress, the person who seated us said she would get her. Wow! I normally give people the benefit of the doubt, but this was extremely poor customer service. I would have understood if the restaurant was busy. That was NOT the case. I understand there can be things going on about which a customer might be unaware. Again, a simple acknowledgement, beverages, and a "we'll be with you as quickly as possible" would have done it for me.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Food was hot and came fast. Mgr on duty was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this Frisch's to all.

I'm sitting here in the restaurant I ordered the Sunday breakfast bar. It's small very short on choices & the food is old. The eggs or very water down from I'm guessing being kept in a steamer. There's no texture in the eggs. The sausage links were terrible, totally undercooked. The grits are like super thick paste. French toast like little bricks. Biscuits hard no freshness to them at all. Service 4 out of 10. I know they can do so much better or fire the manager!!! It's about paying attention to detail. Waste of time gas and money!!!!
