My husband ordered the steak and fries. His steak was cooked perfectly. The fries in both of our orders tasted like they had been sitting a while. Since we went near closing, we weren't given the option to sit in the restaurant so we were not able to go back to let the lady know the fries taste old and stale. My daughter and I, split an order of chicken, bacon, ranch fries. Again the fries were stale tasting and our chicken was extremely over cooked. Now maybe this is all due to the fact that we got there 30 min before closing. I'm not sure but I expected way more, especially fresh fries, from a fry establishment.

Saw this place on the news, looked to good to be true. It was...it was better! Did a BYO Pulled pork. I'd buy that pulled pork all by itself. My husband had the steak & lobster with the garlic Lemmon sauce, my bother had the steak & lobster with the j*** sauce and my SIL had the chicken with Buffalo. We each tried the others selections and would have been happy to eat any of the meals purchased. They were all delicious. Sadly I didn't catch the owners name, he was cooking away but still took the time to speak with us. Very nice man. Can't wait to go again next time we're in town.

Finally was able to go to Fry Daddy and food was delicious and on point had the brisket loaded fries and chicken tenders with fries.

When you hit fry daddy, you’re expecting “fry”-ied. It is good fried but they also have the non fried toppings like crabs & steak. The use real crabs, the shrimp was my favorite, and steak was my least and the chicken was good, just in between. Like hot stuff? Try their variety of sauces. Enjoyed eating here, friendly staff and clean place.

So I heard that Frt Daddy's has the best chicken in town and had to go and find out for my self. Let me tell you their chicken, shrimp and everything else is fire absolutely delicious. Make sure you try the Caribbean Jirk sauce with your chicken. O and Fry Daddy' is the king of loaded fries ?. They truly are the next level. When I placed an order I thought that their portion sizes were not going to be big enough but boy was I wrong. I ordered 50 worth of food and it was enough to feed 5 people. Bottom line of you are looking for something fried this weekend. Weather it's chicken, shrimp, or loaded fries look no further that Fry Daddy's

Exceeded my expectations ? I cannot say enough about how good, well seasoned, fresh and thick the fish was. and the seasoned fried are in a class of their own. You have to try Fry Daddy's food for yourself. ?? Another customer ordered the "loaded" fries while I was there ? ? I will be back to try those - Customer Service was great too ? Thank you!

Ate at the prior incarnation owned by the same yoyos, same experience. Feels like they opened early that same day. Oh, and guess what-no soft drinks, "the gas is out". which in restaurant talk means we didnt pay the bill to pepsi so they turned off the machine. Fries with shrimp was passable but not up to the review in the Courier-Journal.Do yourself a favor, just pass on any place owned by Troy King and Selena Johnson.Oh, to further your expectation of imminent closure they hang empty picture frames on the wall.

I got the Lemon Garlic Shrimp & Snow Crab and it was really super delicious! Too much to eat at once, and almost impossible to save for another day. My friend got the Buffalo Ranch Chicken and bacon which was also really good and was able to be eaten the next day! I can't wait to try the rest of the menu.

Been wanting to give these guys a try for a while now. I have had their sister restaurant Six Forks several times and was always delicious. Fry Daddy's did not disappoint, I got the sweet Thai chicken fries. Absolutely delicious and packed full of flavor. I'll be trying the steak next time. They just opened a second restaurant over on Terry for those that don't want to travel all the way to Brownsboro.
