Editing my review since the company asked why I gave a low rating. This establishment and management is ran horribly and it’s evident. The place is nasty and unclean, the boba is extremely subpar and drinks are overly sweetened — synthetically so almost. It is expensive, waits are long, there are so many other AUTHENTIC boba places within a 5 minute walk. Do not go here it’s horrible.

This was my first time coming here (my family and I are on vacation), I wanted boba, saw this place online decided to go! I got the Lavender Milk Tea and let me just say IT WAS AMAZING!! The owner was so pleasant, the workers were very nice and the whole environment was very inviting. I definitely recommend coming here if you want amazing Boba for an amazing price! 10/10 recommend!! Definitely will go back if I'm in the area!

Got the strawberry matcha boba with a milk cap and was excellent. The drink was delicious and I can tell they used good quality strawberry. Decent prices and fast service. Can’t wait to come back.

I go here almost every week I can with my husband and have been going here since funtea first opened. It is my favorite place in Louisville and is so welcoming & inviting. Everything here is amazing: the drinks, the desserts, the customer service, the puff dogs, all of it! I can’t say enough good things about this place. I highly highly recommend :)

I’ve been going to funtea since they’ve opened and it is one of my favorite places of all time. The owner, Amy, is the absolute sweetest and everyone there goes above and beyond for the drinks, desserts and service. We go here almost every weekend because of how much we love it!

Snow ice is delicious but the white girl working is rude and has rushed me thru my order every time I get her. Completely ruins my experience every time she serves me. I come in so excited for my snow ice and she ruins my mood everytime.

We came in today doing a scavenger hunt for small businesses. We tried a boba tea: sunset love 50% sweet with strawberry boba. First one I’ve ever had. So so good. We also got a bubble puff cake with chocolate ice cream, whipped cream and Oreo cookies. Both were so different and delicious. The staff was kind upon us entering and made us feel welcome although they were very busy.
