Mr Gatti's Pizza-RELOCATION

The food was excellent. The cashier was kind of slow. I was carryout, and was there first. Someone came up and wanted to cash in their game room tickets. Cashier stopped and took care of them instead of checking me out. They had no idea what they wanted so she took the time to show them different items. Then she gets back to me. A customer for the all-you-xan-eat bar came in. She stopped and took their money. She gets back to me. Takes my money. AND another customer comes in, she said I need to ring them in and took their money. FINALLY she says " I will go back and get your pizza." I'm sure if someone else came in she would of waited on them before she gave me my pizza.

Parking: If you are not traveling North on Preston Hwy it is hard to turn across Preston, especially after 4:00 and Friday night.

Kid-friendliness: Complete game room. Tickets given as prizes that can be exchanged for gifts.

Wheelchair accessibility: Nice level parking lot with plenty of spaces close to the door including those designated as handicapped.

Had a work meeting here & everything was awesome! Restaurant was clean, customer service was great. Food was hot & fresh, the salad bar had a large variety of items. I will be back again for sure!

The dessert pizza is ??? and cheese sticks. Games took my money and some didn't even have the balls in them ??? sad that they don't have the big TVs on the walls but watched a Price is Right episode from the 80s.

To me the glass blocks areas of food...

To me employees don't respect the customers..
They take no pride in their job...

If you go during lunch time
It's better....... weekend don't bother..
