Very low quality of services and food. Took the crew out and what a disappointment.Cold food, mislabeled items, failed to provide a variety of pizzas and desserts.Alternatives to soft drinks were empty.Never again waste our time or money.

Did I say YUM! SMALL game room but better than nothing, the woman at register needs to lower her voice and manage her timing better, she yelled right by my ear, telling us thanks for visiting. We weren't even leaving yet

Pizza had no flavor, very little choices and they have a lot of gnats around which was so annoying because I couldn’t eat my pizza in

The pizza bar stayed pretty much empty. Several asked for dessert pizza and that was never made. Salad bar you can't reach most of the items. Even a very tall person couldn't reach the items. For a new setup it was very pitiful setup. Won't be back for sure.

Really pricey for a new location. Below average pizza. Had to wait several times for fresh pizza, then it was severely under cooked.. plates were dirty. Was really hoping for

All I can say is wow! Reminded me of the way Mr Gattis was years ago but better. Great salad bar and the selection of pizza was fantastic.

This place is a rip off quite a few games do not work. Also a lot of games do not register on the card when you win tickets. My grandson actually won 1000 tickets and they tried to argue with the picture I took showing he won 1000. We finally received the tickets after speaking to a ‘supervisor ‘ then a manager. Don’t waist your money !!!!!!!!!!

Beware the gameroom. It's basically a scam. First the good, it's great to have a nice Mr. Gatti's in this part of Kentucky again. The service here is as good as any I've ever had at any Gattiland. I do think they need ice cream. The kitchen manager was very kind and figured a way to please my 1 year old son's request. She's top notch. She even came to the table to check on us. The dining room attendant was excellent and very kind to my son, I think his name started with a D. I can't wait to come back with friends and their kids. I worked at a Gattiland in college, and I know when things are being done half way. The restrooms are gross and stocked with cheap supplies. The tissue is barely usable. The games are not shut down when broken. The games are mostly 20 years old and in disrepair. I was misled to think they had preschool games. They would not refund my money or apply it to a prize. Aftab Siddiqui, the owner should be ashamed. I personally know multiple franchise owners. I'll be reaching out to find the information needed to report these practices to the appropriate department to corporate. It seems he didn't have the funding to reopen appropriately. The food and food staff are excellent. The register staff, game staff, and games are not ready. Do better or you'll be closed again soon.

The pizza had no flavor. Each pizza slice felt like I was eating nothing, and the plates were dirty!!! They had to open late and could not guarantee a time that they would be open. The macaroni was okay, it was the only thing I could really eat that sort of had flavor. We also asked if they could make a cheeseburger pizza with mustard and they said they didn't have any mustard. They also didn't have marinara or melted cheese and chips, but they had things like corn and green beans. I know they just opened and maybe they can turn things around, but so far it's not looking good. I don't recommend eating here in it's current state, I was severely disappointed.

Just opened up the new location on Preston Highway and it's already dirty, nasty, and the co-owner is not taking responsibility for her employees giving out misinformation. Games are not working properly already. Just close the whole damn place down. She clearly does not know how to manage a restaurant. And I'm 1000% positive I saw her in the old establishment on Outlet Loop. Do yourself a favor and go to Malibu Jacks, Main Event, or anywhere but here!!! Plates had food stuck all on them. Terrible!

I don’t recommend nobody to this place until they get in under control today December 4 me and my friend went to there grand opening and when I went in to get a utensil to eat with; all the silver ware was dirty had food spot on them…and on top of that I got some potatoes wedges and they were cold and the people in the back was rude and cussing at my friend, on top of that they Stove went out so nobody couldn’t get the pizza they wanted so we left and got our money back, so yea until they get it better I recommend nobody going anytime soon ??‍♂️

Opening day at their new store at their new location on Preston Highway, and guess what? They closed at 1 o'clock due to unforseen circumstances. Not a very good way for a new opening (second chance).
