Since the new manger took over a few years ago. The food is hot fresh delicious, the restaurant is clean & everybody is friendly. BEST Gatti's in town.Wheelchair accessibility: I used a handicap sticker, very accessible.

Food on plates! Made us wait 30 minutes for a single person while many where laughing in the back, spoons and forks were disgusting with food on them! 100% would give this a 0 stars all the way. Services are horrible and all around this place does not know how to clean anything!

The quality of the product has gone down extremely I was very disappointed . The food looked like it has been bought out of a freezer at the local grocery store. It also tastes like a store brought in a local store .I expected it to taste and look better than it was .it didn't have the variety as it use to . The employee service was good but other than that I don't think I'll be going again anytime soon .

When calling to see if my school should take a trip to this facility I was met with a multitasking manager Susan. She came off too busy to talk and rude. I wanted to confirm so of the reviews that I’ve seen. Yes, the negative reviews stand correct. Rude, unwelcoming. Thank you Ms. Susan.
For an all you can eat buffet with the worst pizza and pasta I've ever had, $39 for two people was outrageous! The sauce for the pizza and pasta is incredibly sweet and everything else was so bland it wasn't even worth finishing. My infant probably enjoyed himself the most and all he ate was cottage cheese from the salad bar!
Not much atmosphere, but the pizza, that you can special order, is great! Cinnamon sticks too!
