We stopped by this evening because we had this sudden craving for Gigi’s cupcakes. As we pulled up we noticed that they were closing up. So I got out of the car and asked what time they opened in the morning. I had my kiddo with me. The woman, I assume she was the owner/ manager, managed to put a huge smile on my little guys face. Thank you for being such a kind sweet soul. It’s been a rough week for us, and the fact that you managed to put a smile on my boys face made my heart smile. Thank you!

My overeating while being home and so close to the fridge, reached an all time high by mid April! So I started cooking healthier, smaller portions, no snacking and dialing it back. Every day for weeks though, I have just been craving delicious cake. Today the craving won and Postmates came to the rescue bringing me wedding cake cupcakes from Gigi's! In the absence of the ability to go to a wedding, or eat wedding cake at cousin Fred's wedding, I am in heaven, savoring every bite of the most delicious cupcake ever! Sometimes you just need to eat cake! Please order from Gigi's, delivery or pickup, excellent cupcakes that are amazing!! Stay safe!

I was looking for a place that could deliver cupcakes to my cousin for her bday and stumbled upon Gigi's since I don't live in the state. Although I did not get to taste the cupcakes, my review is for the kind, polite, professional service that was provided. The woman called me to let me know they were out of almost everything I had ordered, but she said she would do her best to bake the cupcakes fresh for my delivery driver pick up window!!!! At first, we were going to swap, but then she said, let me just see what I can do. And she handled it. I would order and recommend them any time based on this one experience. It's too bad my Grubhub driver got crazy on the road and some of the cupcakes landed upside down, but that's besides the point. Good customer service goes a long way, and I will remember this one. PS the cupcakes looked ADORABLE!!!! I'm sure they were fantastic in taste!!

SCAM! This business is a complete mess. We didn't even get out order AND they DOUBLE charged us! I tried to call ahead to order cupcakes, and the woman told me that they no longer made most of the flavors I wanted. She also said that I couldn't place an order on the phone in advance, so I had to do it online the day of. I informed the person answering the phone of the cupcakes I wanted ahead of time. The day of my small event, I tried to order cupcakes and placed the order multiple hours ahead of time. An email was sent about 15 minutes before my cupcakes were supposed to be delivered stating that they didn't have enough of the cupcakes to complete my order. They proceeded to call from a New York number (which showed up as "potential spam") and a number I didn't recognize. They didn't leave a voicemail, making it look like it was actually spam. I emailed the company back about 10 minutes later, asking them to substitute the missing cupcakes with a different flavor (which were the same price) so that I'd have enough for everyone in my small party could still have a cupcake, and was told that they would only be sending the cupcakes that I originally ordered (meaning some people wouldn't get cupcakes), and claimed that it was my fault for not answering sooner-- after I placed my order HOURS ahead of time (so they had plenty of time to solve this issue) and answered in about ten minutes! I asked that they cancel the order if they wouldn't be sending the correct amount, but they refused and stated that they'd still be charging me anyway! I never received the cupcakes and was charged the full amount! I will definitely never order from this place again. AWFUL!

I've had Gigi's on multiple occasions, and I have been pleased every time! They are always perfectly moist (yes, I know we all hate the word), and I love the flavors they offer! My favorites so far are the strawberry shortcake and wedding cake. I have a major sweet tooth, but I do find that the icing is incredibly sweet. The cupcake itself is perfect. However, they are slightly overpriced in my opinion. Granted, they taste delicious and are presented beautifully, but I think $3.50 is a bit much. I also went this particular location for the first time today, and I felt rushed by the individual working at the counter. It was clear I was still deciding what flavors I wanted to get (I even stated this to the person I was with), and she proceeded to pull out a box and abruptly ask what we were getting. There wasn't a line behind me. It's not the end of the world, but the service was a bit off-putting to me. Regardless of the price point and the slightly disappointing customer service, Gigi's is great!
I go here every year for a free birthday cupcake! Make sure to subscribe to their email/birthday list! The cupcakes are delicious! AND I recently had their mango/raspberry cupcake. It was so so yummy!
