Gigi’s Louisville has the best cupcakes in town! The staff is always so friendly & helpful and the pink store is super cute & decorated🩷 I didn’t realize that they offer more than cupcakes—-you can order cheesecakes, brownies, cookies and even custom cakes! Everything is always very fresh & delicious, and I love the fact that they are open every day with late evening hours for a bakery 🧁😍 I highly recommend Gigis Louisville!

I really love Gigi’s cupcakes. I’ve ordered several times for several occasions. Today when I went to buy cupcakes for my wife’s birthday… I asked for a little extra frosting on just one of the cupcakes. The young lady refused because it was, “…again their policy.” Apparently extra frosting is against the rules even if you offer to pay for it. Bad form Gigi’s. Very disappointing. Seriously it’s just frosting.

We catered Gigi’s cupcakes for our wedding. Megan from Gigi’s cupcakes was phenomenal to work with. They did an exceptional job with presentation and the cupcakes tasted beyond amazing. We had four different flavors: wedding cake, strawberry shortcake, chocolate chip cookie dough, and chocolate salted caramel. Everyone had wonderful things to say about the cupcakes and they were all eaten. I highly recommended Gigi’s cupcakes at your wedding. They exceeded expectations and will be ordering from them again.

Bought a half a dozen cupcakes a few days ago. They were not fresh. The cupcakes were stale and the frosting was not fluffy. I have purchased before by pre-order; these were purchased from display. Lesson learned.
