I wasn't overall satisfied with the politeness of the employees however I do know that is a good food product and until I got home I could have put up with the rudeness until I got this and this is what I put my box to I probably will not be there again

Stopped by while in Louisville to get a sweet treat before finals week. I tried the birthday suprise cupcake and WOW it was absolutely amazing! The buttercream frosting was amazing and so filling as the cake. So so delicious!!

Gigi’s Louisville has the best cupcakes in town! The staff is always so friendly & helpful and the pink store is super cute & decorated🩷 I didn’t realize that they offer more than cupcakes—-you can order cheesecakes, brownies, cookies and even custom cakes! Everything is always very fresh & delicious, and I love the fact that they are open every day with late evening hours for a bakery 🧁😍 I highly recommend Gigis Louisville!
