The food was outstanding! I was getting a bored with my usual meal prep provider and a friend told me about Chef Jessica, so I gave Glaze and Garnish a try for a week and I am super glade I did! Their was a nice variety, the food is nutritious and super tasty!

I discovered Glaze and Garnish about 6 weeks ago, and I am so glad I did! In trying to write this review i have so many things i want to say i am having a hard time being concise!Here it is in a nutshell:Very Tasty, Saves Me Time, Saves Me Money, and I have lost a little weight because I am eating healthier. This is such a little luxury for me that is so economical! Freshly prepared, i just heat and eat!I order what I like, as much as I like, pick up on Sunday and i have all my work lunches ready and several of my dinners ready for the week! Thank you Chef Jessica for your service and commitment to quality!

I'm so happy I found Glaze and Garnish meal prep. They offer a variety of different meals so I never get tired of having to get the same meal all the time, they have a very diverse menu. Keep up the great work!
