Went to Good Bounce for a National Pickleball Day event. Had a wonderful time.

Had an amazing time at GoodBounce Pickleball! Met some awesome new friends and the vibe was fantastic. The staff were super attentive, friendly, and made me feel right at home. If you’re a pickleballer visiting Louisville, this is the place to be. Can’t wait to come back again hopefully very soon!

We had an excellent networking event at Good Bounce! The venue was perfect—fun, welcoming, and well set up for a crowd. Everyone had a blast, and it was the ideal spot for our event. Huge thanks to the bartender —she was so kind and incredibly helpful, especially when we had an unexpected surge of attendees. She handled it all with grace and a smile. Highly recommend Good Bounce for any casual gathering or corporate social event!

Beware of this company.

1. I reserved two outdoor courts in advance for 2 hours each for $222 for a corporate social. On the Friday before the event, I called to inquire about moving indoors due to the expected rain the following Tuesday, my reservation date. Since indoor courts were unavailable, I requested to cancel my reservation and refund the full payment I had to pay up front. They refused to provide a refund, stating they are a small business and spend the money they receive ASAP. They offered me a credit to use, but they know that I was coming from out of town for the day and could cannot use a credit. I had to book elsewhere for indoor courts.
2. On the Friday that I called to inquire about changing courts, the manager, Amy, promised to call me back multiple times. I kept calling, and they said she would call me back. Sure enough, she had left and did not call me back, and the workers would not be able to call her. Rather, they said they would only text her. That's when they finally told me that they would not be able to accommodate moving me indoors.
3. I requested the owner to call me. I did received a call, voicemail, or an email.
4. When trying to makie the reservation I called for days without being able to reach anyone. Their phone usually goes to voicemail. Very frustrating for trying to book courts.

For these reasons I recommend staying away from goodbouce and look to other nearby pickleball courts that are customer friendly and not thieves.

I bought tickets to an event at Goodbounce that had to be canceled. They were very quick to provide a refund (within a few hours of the emailed request.) I will not hesitate to book with them in the future.

I love playing at Good Bounce! The atmosphere in both locations is great! Courts are well maintained, service is excellent and the staff works hard to provide an overall terrific experience. I recommend it highly!

This place is awesome! Between the margaritas, the Collab with 1020 brewery, the Pickleball and the amazing View. It is definitely a place to check out. Brian Bautista is always amazing to work with and does a great job representing good bounce.

We took our high school cross country team here for a fun night of team bonding! The kids had a blast playing pickleball. It was a pretty night with the sunset at the river. Thanks to Amy and team for a great experience!

Like others, my card was fraudulently charged by this facility. It is interesting they have responded to most reviews, except those regarding the charges

We had never been to a good bounce and had a great customer service experience. It was a good location for kids to play and to relax and to play pickleball. We went to the louisville location. We will definitely be back to relax and play on some summer evenings!
