Small eating area but that doesn’t matter to me. The food is delicious! I had the fresh crab cakes, fresh Brussels sprouts…omg amazing. I didn’t have room to eat the fresh asparagus and I ordered a California cobb salad with jumbo shrimp and fresh lobster claw meat with avocado which I will have for lunch tomorrow. I placed my order online late last night when I read about the fresh crab and scheduled to pick it up at 4 today. He cooked it all right there in front of me, everything fresh and tasty. Highly recommend!!

Unpopular opinion here... I just wasn't overly impressed. For the price, I had really high expectations, especially with all the positive reviews. The crab dip, twice baked potato, shrimp po boy, and french dip were nothing to write home about, and not worth the price for us. I did really enjoy the brussel sprouts, though! And everything was ready super quickly and timely. I definitely have plans to give it another try with different items!

This is not the place for you if you are looking for a fancy dine in venue. However, I have never had a bad meal here and have had several that were spectacular. Service has always been prompt and friendly.

Here comes an honest review: I really really wanted to love this place. I was excited to try a local place, so I went in with high expectations, but here is the good and the bad. I even gave a $5 tip for carry out.Lobster roll and twice baked potato:Good- the lobster meat was fantastic, fresh and delicious.Bad- the roll for the lobster roll was just awful! It was so stale I literally took one bite and then only ate the lobster meat. So that ruined it for me. The twice baked potato had nothing good about it sadly. It was dry as all get out. And zero toppings.The crab rangoon:Good- it was real crab.Bad- you couldn’t taste the real crab because of the massively overpowering taste of horseradish! That made me a bit sad. I ate one and half and threw the rest out. Also, again no dipping sauce…The Resturant itself:Honestly I was a bit shocked how dirty this place was. It desperately needs a woman’s touch and some nice decoration. There was a produce fridge hanging out in the corner of the dining room, with some sad lettuce and bottles. The display fridge was also very sad with like half a tin of some kind of salad and one slice of a nice looking cake.I won’t be back unless I hear it made some updates. I think this restaurant has HUGE potential, but some things definitely need to be tweaked.

The people were nice. The food on the other hand was utterly disgusting. I got filet mignon over mashed potatoes with broccoli and a Philly cheesesteak. The meat tasted like grill cleaner. $75 worth of food thrown in the trash. Absolutely downright inedible.
Atmosphere- it's a take out place -- even tho there are a couple tables. GREAT FOOD!!! FAST SERVICE. Web site not so great - apparently specials etc are on fb which I'm not on. otherwise GREAT.

Just made my first (of Many!) visits. I got the Italian sandwich with a side of Brussels sprouts. The sandwich was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had, but can we talk about the Brussels sprouts for a minute? They were otherworldly! I honestly don't know how they got that much flavor into a tiny cabbage. I ate the entire generous portion and wanted more. I left half a sandwich in favor of stuffing myself full of sprouts.If, like me, you have only ever seen this place from the outside and thought "Is that some kind of restaurant or what?" I assure you.. it is and you really do want it.

I tried Gourmet Provisions for the first time today. I bought the lobster rolls for myself and my son. I also got a bowl of the lobster bisque. I was greeted in a most friendly manner as soon as I walked in!Let me preface this by stating that my wife and I have just returned from a four-month stay in New England.... New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts... and we had some great lobster rolls out there. I know how they should be. Gourmet Provisions did not disappoint! I thoroughly enjoyed the lobster rolls and the bisque. Well worth the price!!! There was a lot of lobster packed into that roll....fresh, flavorful, and very impressive! If you've never had one before (like my son!), let me tell you that this is the way it should be done!The bisque had a great texture and flavor, not to mention a lot of lobster chunks!!The online ordering process is simple and you get to choose the time that you pick it up. Very easy!I'm looking forward to trying more selections from their extensive menu, but I'll have a hard time looking past those lobster rolls!!
