Excellent ice cream with unique flavors and even better service. If anyone from management reads this review, whatever you're paying Grant is not enough. He was absolutely fantastic. Very helpful and knowledgeable, and even came by our table after we had our ice cream to check on us.

First of all I LOVE Graters and we go there a lot. We go to a couple different locations in Louisville. I’ve always felt their single scoop portion is kinda small and pricey but it’s so good that it’s worth it. However on Sunday my husband and i went and each got a single scoop from the same employee and it was ridiculously small!! We are talking the size of a golf ball sitting on a sugar cone. I don’t know why I didn’t speak up but I wish I did. I should have asked...

Sadly we didn't have the excellent customer service the restaurant was known for. We were rushed thru without even getting a chance to think and so one of the kids was very disappointed. The flavor of the chocolate ice cream is outstanding along with the double chocolate chip and the vanilla bean but the strawberry left a lot to be desired....it didn't taste like anything except iced sugar.
