A MUST visit!! Visiting here from Minnesota, was told this place is the best. Did not disappoint. First, splendid customer service. Ellie served us, helped us sample, was extremely patient with me being a newbie, explained things well, was kind and all done with a great smile! Then, Grant the manager heard I was from out of town and offered me a Chip Wheelie to try, which he paid for!! Lastly, The Black Raspberry Chip is TO DIE FOR!! BEST I have EVER had, and I have traveled alot and love ice cream. Wish I could give MORE than 5 stars!!

Pulled up to graeters at 10:15 pm a Friday. It’s the only ice cream place open so I’m expecting to wait. Especially as I see a lot of cars in the parking lot and people both outside and inside.
But to my pleasant surprise I was waiting less than 2 minutes before I was helped. I was able to order my milkshake, try a flavor, and order another milkshake for my partner, pay and leave all before 10:25. I was impressed in the best way.
And to top it all off the milkshakes are fantastic, both me and my partner may finish them before we even make it home.
Huge props to the graeters management and their amazingly trained crew. I will drive here any

I’ve been here many times now and it’s always a good time. The new ice cream flavors are always appreciated and sampled.. I walked out the door with their Oregon Strawberry in a waffle cone since you were wondering. I really like their neon sign hanging above the front door. Really adds to the good aesthetics of Bardstown.
There was an odd dynamic between a manager with a black beard and the newer employees. But what’s a first job without a manager in his 30s who micromanages!

Service is usually good. This is in my neighborhood so we frequent it quite a bit. Overpriced for what it is. Milkshakes are expensive. We always get a 2 small shakes, either vanilla malts or blueberry pie. 75% or more of the time it is way too thin because they use too much milk and not enough ice cream. Ordered 2 shakes tonight and got blueberry flavored milk and they were undrinkable. Not the first time this has happened, but it will be the last for me. $15 for 2 small blueberry milks. No thanks.

Wonderful ice cream and there is a lot of seating.
Every favor that I have tried this summer has been delicious. I have had curbside, delivery and in store and all all been great no issues. The staff is amazing and always friendly no matter how the day is going. S'mores is my favorite right now, the mango sorbet is also refreshing. But the banana pudding that you can only get in store it's just ok. All in all Graeter's is GReat!

Ice cream selection is vast. Servers are super nice, however, I did get overlooked 3 different times while I was standing at the counter for a good 5 minutes waiting to place my order. No one asked if I had been helped yet. Everyone just assumed someone else was making my order.
