October 2025: Great ice cream! We arrived at about 8:30 PM and was not busy at all, we had the Sunday and the coffee chip ice cream. They were both very good. Can't wait to revisit Graeter's.

The best ice cream. Mostly normal quality ingredients. This is real ice cream not any of that fake processed junk they call frozen dessert. I’m happy to have found ice cream that not only tastes really good but also is high quality.

A MUST visit!! Visiting here from Minnesota, was told this place is the best. Did not disappoint.
First, splendid customer service. Ellie served us, helped us sample, was extremely patient with me being a newbie, explained things well, was kind and all done with a great smile!
Then, Grant the manager heard I was from out of town and offered me a Chip Wheelie to try, which he paid for!!
Lastly, The Black Raspberry Chip is TO DIE FOR!! BEST I have EVER...
