A MUST visit!! Visiting here from Minnesota, was told this place is the best. Did not disappoint.
First, splendid customer service. Ellie served us, helped us sample, was extremely patient with me being a newbie, explained things well, was kind and all done with a great smile!
Then, Grant the manager heard I was from out of town and offered me a Chip Wheelie to try, which he paid for!!
Lastly, The Black Raspberry Chip is TO DIE FOR!! BEST I have EVER...

Pulled up to graeters at 10:15 pm a Friday. It’s the only ice cream place open so I’m expecting to wait. Especially as I see a lot of cars in the parking lot and people both outside and inside.

But to my pleasant surprise I was waiting less than 2 minutes before I was helped. I was able to order my milkshake, try a flavor, and order another milkshake for my partner, pay and leave all before 10:25. I was impressed in the best way.

I’ve been here many times now and it’s always a good time. The new ice cream flavors are always appreciated and sampled.. I walked out the door with their Oregon Strawberry in a waffle cone since you were wondering. I really like their neon sign hanging above the front door. Really adds to the good aesthetics of Bardstown.

There was an odd dynamic between a manager with a black beard and the newer employees....
