I was visiting from FL recently and my family members wanted ice cream. This location was there usual spot but new for me. Bright and open and orderly and easy to order. My regular size order was quite generous. I am embarrassed to say it was almost too much for me but I finished it before the law of diminishing returns kicked in. Overall I was very happy with my visit and will most assuredly stop in again when I hit Louisville again.

I went to the Graeter's Ice Cream at 9430 Brownboro Rd. Louisville, Kentucky 40241. I walked in and the 5 caucasion kids working behind counter was just staring at me. I walked to counter and said I was picking up order. 3 more caucasian people walked through the door and everybody said "welcome in" That establishment is blatantly racist.

I go here all the time, their black raspberry chocolate chip is my favorite, but all the other flavors are amazing as well. I also recommend the elena’s blueberry pie flavor when it’s in season

Black raspberry chip ice cream and a chocolate dipped waffle cone. It's about as close to perfection as you can get.
Had a scoop of mint chocolate chip and it was delicious ? but a little bit pricey. Also great air conditioning on a hot day...

It is really sad that they’re discontinuing their lactose free ice cream. They’re just replacing it with frozen fruit water sherbet. That’s quite disgusting. Their lactose free ice cream was amazing if they would’ve done some more advertising for it it might’ve been helpful.

So I am outside graters today, reached there at 10:07 mackayla came to us and said the store closes at 10 we cannot scoop anymore more ice creams it is not yet updated on website, you can buy packed icecream though. I understood this and went to get something packed. There was a lady behind me for whom I saw her scooping ice cream after saying no to me. I then went to her and politely asked her to scoop for me as-well which she then did. My question here is why was she willing to do it for the lady behind me and not me and my son?? And did only after she did for them. I respected that the store was closed ? We should all be treated equally I feel. Very disappointing
