Always good always! Graeter’s is well run establishment and it doesn’t matter what store you visit. However; the one on Breckinridge Lane is the Best! Hands down the best ice cream joint ever created. I mean they’ve been serving ice cream since 18 something. Top that? You cannot!
And did y’all know that inside the “circle” (could be misinformation but I have been to their stores in Cincinnati that have a whole bakery inside. Yes! Graeter’s sells donuts and pies and cakes and bakery stuff at select locations in Cincinnati. I thought I was in the candy land matrix! lol

This is decent ice cream for the price but the service is terrible. Every single time without fail I order at the exact same time as my family (we all get milkshakes) and even after ordering at the same time, mine comes out 10 minutes after everyone else's while people that ordered after my family are getting their stuff sooner. I'm tired of getting my ice cream after my family is already half done with theirs

They don't take the time to put spoons in a Door Dash order. That is cheap and lazy. As much money as I spend at Graeters- providing a spoon is a simple, common sense courtesy.

First time I came here today and now I can’t wait to come back. I stopped by around 5:50 on Monday night and the 3 girls working were super friendly, I said this was my first time coming here and they didn’t rush me at all and explained the menu to me and told me about the rewards program. I got a banana split that was pretty customizable, the chocolate ice cream was really creamy, rich, and delicious.
