They don't take the time to put spoons in a Door Dash order. That is cheap and lazy. As much money as I spend at Graeters- providing a spoon is a simple, common sense courtesy.

Great experience. First time visiting the stores, greeted as we walked in and the sales associates delivered exceptional customer service. Friendly helpful patients and they know their product. I did not visit the restrooms. Seating for two or more at tables. We ordered milkshakes. Warning the shakes are not as dense as other restaurants. Delicious and you have plenty of flavors. Theres merchandise for sale. Located n busy street, near shopping. I would recommend

Never disappoints with this fine icecream brand. We had this second day in a row. I’m in love with their Mango Sorbet, with perfect balanced of sweetness and sour. And my wife is in love with black cherry chocolate chip and dark chocolate brownie. We like this location because the ease of parking, along with good customer service and cleanliness of the shop.

Line was a little long, but the three workers were efficient. Didn't see banana split on the menu...I asked and they made an amazing one, except I forgot to ask for nuts. Use the App, get points. $1.53 single scoop cone month of July. Get yours while u can.

Not quite a scam and in my opinion you will be better served taking your money elsewhere. We ordered two 1-scoop cones. Normally you would expect the worker to pack the cone quite full of ice cream that it raises out of the cone. However, there is so little ice cream that we both had to eat some cone first before we EVEN GET TO THE ICE CREAM. This owner is trying to save some cost at the expense of serving far less ice cream than you normally get in a one scoop ice cream cone.In addition, this place automatically asks you to tip at checkout. So be careful with that. Tipping is getting out of hand and I did not imagine getting asked to tip at an ice cream place.All in all, take your money elsewhere and support other local businesses.
