Came here for our first time for my wife's birthday. We sat in the Owners Booth, private and overlooking the restaurant. (a must if you want a romantic and intimate night) MY wife had the Seafood Scampi, some of the best shrimp and scallops we have ever had. Don't get me started on how lemony and buttery the sauce was. I had the Surf and Turf special. The 8oz wagu was cooked to perfection, and the lobster tail was also cooked perfect. That slobster tail was a delight, melt in your mouth and soft. Not over cooked and chewy like most places. A must try for any Italian food lover! Ohh and Tressa our server was spectacular, I hope management and the owner are taking care of her, she is amazing.

We just finished brunch here (party of 5) and I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was. The food was amazing, the service - incredible, and the atmosphere was so immersive. I highly recommend taking the time to learn about details from the staff like from where the front doors originate or whose picture is above the kitchen. We loved everything about our experience. And we will definitely be back, there are so many choices on the buffet I was only able to try about half.

Everything was excellent! The only thing I didn't care for was the waiter bringing my check +before* asking me and my wife whether we wanted any other food or drinks before we left the restaurant.

We took the whole crew this time for Monday 22$ special. Loved the spaghetti and meatballs. The entire experience was fun and relaxing. We chose the delicious chopped salad with our entree. It was well prepared and delicious. Our server was Raekwon and he did a wonderful job taking our orders and insuring everything was correct. He kept our glasses filled with other excellent staff. We had a fun time. Will definitely be back.

As usual, the food was tremendous! But if you want to sit and relax/enjoy the ambience of the establishment, forget it. When we were there, granted it was early evening, they were playing music that was definitely not calming. When I asked the waiter why they were playing lovely Italian music, he said it was some kind of modern Italian music. He said he would get it changed, but it didn't happen. We have always loved going to Grassa Gramma to enjoy their Monday night specials, Sunday buffet and their special multi course dinners. That music though really turned me off.

You'll notice the beautiful interior first, the staff is so welcoming and courteous. The food...ugh... the food was amazing. We went to the brunch on Sunday and were able to try several items from the menu and all the brunch favorites with a twist. Do not sleep on the cinnamon foccacia. Beyond pleased with this experience!
We had the best time celebrating our Nona’s birthday. After a day of air and car travel with toddlers, Anna was a breath of fresh air and went above and beyond to help make our babies comfortable. Our son has a dairy allergy and she directed us to the perfect dairy free pasta and he ate every bite of his giant bowl! Food was so good and service was unmatched! Thank you Anna!!

Anna was our server. We had a party of 10 and she did a great job. She was attentive and personable. She had a great welcoming smile. My wife got lasagna, which was very delicious. A few people got the carbonara dish and they loved it. I got the Monday special. It was not all that great. Could’ve used a little more sauce and the chicken was a little dry. Overall, I would eat there again. Anna was on it and fixing the issues.

What a fantastic experience. We had eleven people who traveled from downtown Louisville to this strip mall restaurant. Do not let the location fool you. I guarantee that our trip to Louisville would have been less fulfilling had we not discovered this special place. From woidfired pizza to homemade pasta to a special of lobster ravioli with a lobster tail. This was an incredible meal. Thank you Heather, Franco and team for making us feel so welcome. Grazie, Grazie, Grazie!!!

We love coming here so much! It’s one of our favorite restaurants in Louisville. Our server Lilly took amazing care of us last night! We’ve had Nick wait on us before too and he is also great! I got one of the last Mother Tequila’s which made me happy yet sad cause it’s my favorite drink ever 😍 but the new one they’re replacing it with sounds just as good! Best Caesar salad and meatballs in town!
