We love the food and the service was outstanding. Shout out to Haley for great service! We love the ambience but where we sat was extremely dark. It took quite awhile to get acclimated to the darkness and even then there's no way to see the menu without a flashlight.
Yesterday we enjoyed a delightful brunch at Grassa Gramma. Atmosphere was delightful including a live accordionist playing Italian tunes. Food was outstanding, starting with a freshly made omelet, followed by a tender prime rib at the carvery, several Italian sides, Gulf shrimp, and oysters on the half shell. Desserts were plentiful and I particularly enjoyed an "old school" yeast coffeecake that was sweet and buttery and crunchy with a dusting of sugar and cinnamon....
We had a lovely date night, just the 2 of us we were promptly greeted, escorted to our seats. Our server was Christine. She was phenomenal very informative. I had been there before my partner had not. We started out with drinks from the bar Old Forster on the rocks. we both had the grilled Caesar salad, it was delicious. I had a pasta carbonara for my main course and he had lasagna. A bread was served with olive oil for dipping Both dishes were very generous portions size....
